@@alexpope437 Boss is on a roll is a card in itself. It doesn't turn into a character on board, remove an opponent's card or replace itself with another card from your deck. After playing it, you have 1 fewer card and your opponent is even.
Very interesting take on a Madrigals deck, I’m looking forward to playing it myself. Would love to see your take on the Flotsam/Jetsam eels deck, I’ve been building it and having a good time with the theme! Pegasus and the shift version have been great, making my whole board very annoying to deal with as the eels pick up more and more keywords.
@@fallugaloog I have always liked Pegasus as a character in Hercules (and Yugioh ;) ). I'm not a big fan of the Emerald card though. The mass-evasive is nice, but the shifting restriction feels heavy. Sometimes cards play better than they read and experience is typically more telling.
@@GeniusYoshi I’ve definitely felt that a couple of times. Thankfully the card is at least inkable in those moments, otherwise he would be very unplayable. At the moment Pegasus is taking up the slots a future 1/2 drop Flot/Jet would take. Once we get those I think the deck will really start to click more like Slivers in Magic the Gathering.
They are fully optional for this list. You can put in pretty much any inkable Flex-card that you like. Some options that I like: The Bare Necessities, World's Greatest Criminal, Friends on the Other Side, Fairy Godmother, Belle Accomplished Mystic.
@@GeniusYoshi I love the idea of Belle (as well as the smaller one, Untrained Mystic, as a shift target). She can also deal with Diablo if you can set it up a bit.
I will continue the videos with cardboard when Pixelborn is out. I am looking forward to a formal digital client as playing online is easier and has a variety of opponents. I'm expecting a reveal at D24.
Quite interesting tribal deck.
I feel like boss is on a roll is a must have. You can setup multiple Bruno/hats while getting lore
That is a good point! You do lose a card in the process, but singing it for free and getting the card back is pretty good. Thanks for the suggestion!
How do u lose a card from boss on a roll?

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll add Jetsam/Flotsam to my list of decks to try. I'll keep Pegasus in mind too!
@@GeniusYoshi Pegasus may end up not being ideal, but I’m liking him so far.

Agreed! I think that some vanilla ones in the 2-drop slot would be nice.
I'm interested to see what you can come up with for that new legendary green Hades. I pulled a bunch of him and feel like it's a sign I should use it.
I just finished filming my Hades list yesterday. The card is a lot of fun to play with. The video should come out tonight or tomorrow ;).
@@GeniusYoshi Awesome! I look forward to it.
Any recommended substitutions for mufasa and rapunzel? Was super unlucky and never unpacked any, and theyre alittle more than i wanna soend currently.
