You’re right I never really see SG16 builds- I still see people making new SG13 builds, but I’m really not sure why people don’t try the SG16… maybe it really is underrated!
Hi Dylan My fingers are itching to get into 3D printing. Have you ever considered making a video for absolute beginners? The Bambu Mini seem like a good choise, but what about filaments, CAD programs, space requirements and stuff? I’ve recently heard about drying the filaments, and that also increases the risk of me not starting.
just out of curiosity, why not use nvidia gamestream instead of sunshine when streaming with moonlight? does sunshine perform any better? or is it just a preference type of thing?
Great question, Nvidia announced last December that they are actually in the process of removing their GameStream function, to much bewilderment from the community… why take a feature away, I’m not sure. So for me it just makes sense to promote Sunshine in videos so that when Nvidia finally pulls GameStream I don’t have to remake the videos. But also, sunshine and moonlight have been working great for me and are a bit more customizable, and also works on both Nvidia and AMD graphics cards, so it’s a bit easier to tell people to use Sunshine and avoid the whole GPU compatibility question- I hope that helps explain things!
nice upgrade i just upgraded my gpu to the 4070, im rocking an atx case I wish i went with that smaller form factor when i first built mine. also I think a 5800x3d would be a good upgrade if you don't want to go am5
Nice, 4070 gang!! My thoughts exactly on the 5800x3D, I really wanted to upgrade to it right away with this build but I figured I could just wait, see what temps are like with this new cpu cooler and case, and decide later… so yeah, you might see another build video pop up on your feed if I upgrade to the 5800x3D 🤣
This is true, I am bottlenecked somewhat by the 3600- I was looking at upgrading to AM5 but the price of a new CPU and Motherboard would’ve been at least $500 for both components, but the ASUS 4070 DUAL GPU I bought was $600 and brought more fps gains than spending $500 on a new motherboard and CPU while STILL having to upgrade the GPU. So, the GPU is the bigger bang for the buck here, as the 3600 is still quite capable for gaming. But in the end, it all comes down to the dollars. For a $600 upgrade I can double my frames, or for a $1100 upgrade I can 2.2X my frames- it just doesn’t make sense to spend the extra money on the AM5 CPU and Motherboard at this point in time, but in the future that will of course change as prices for AM5 components come down. So, I’m happy with spending the money on the GPU rather than the CPU and motherboard at this place in time. Thanks for watching and encouraging an important discussion of price to performance!!
@@dylanmacintosh Thanks very good reply, were you also thinking of upgrading your wheel? you can get some pretty good F1 wheel mods for the Logitech 920
@@ProfessionalBoyKisser Great question, although I am happy with the Logitech wheel at the beginner level, I am more fed up with the pedals actually, specifically the brake pedal. But the trick is once you outgrow one of the Logitech components, you might as well upgrade the rest- so I have been eyeing up the Fanatec CSL DD F1 eSports Bundle, or the Moza R5 bundle as well... so, I haven't pulled the trigger on a new wheel and pedals yet. Of course when I do finally upgrade I would also have to consider how much "flex" a more powerful direct drive wheelbase will introduce to my PlaySeat Evolution frame- it might be too much force feedback for the frame to handle, requiring an upgrade in size and strength (and cost) to the physical rig itself as well. So, I would love to upgrade, but as you can see there is a lot that goes into it- so perhaps I should just go with a G29 Formula-style wheel mod and be happy! But then what do I do when I want to play a non-formula sim title... it sure would be nice to have multiple wheels on a quick release like with Fanatec/Moza... so you see how I quickly go around in circles 🤣🤣
Great quality videos, deserves more views man keep it up. Love the sim setup

I have the black version of this case and I gotta say it is very underrated as an itx enclosure. The white build looks so clean tho.

Your videos are so good, thanks for the VR sim racing content!
Thank you for the kind words! I hope to follow along with this year's F1 Season in my own F1 23 VR career 😎
When’s Maximum Tune on PC!!!
Next week!! Just gotta setup TechnoParrot 😎

Try sugo 17 by silverstone
Woah! I didn’t realize the 17 came out. Looks awesome!
I thing I just got a great idea for a case design 😶🌫️
Super clean!!! I would be honored to see more PC builds of this case and GPU!
Aren't you bottlenecking your GPU by about 20% with the 5 3600?
If it was me I would have upgraded to a 5000 series AMD CPU
