To me it was always clear that she is just kinda venting "I'm starting to hate humanity" then she follows up with the "I'm humanity biggest enemy" which is just a reference to how she was supposed to eat Eren like her father said and inherit the Founder's power and end all titans like he said but instead she is "betraying" humanity to save Eren. It's just her being dramatic to get Eren to wake up Ps: love your reactions :)
coz rod told her to eat her friend, erase ppl's memories, become like frieda (who got destroyed mentally. she witnessed that as a child), save humanity (which is not truly saving). she even asked her father why all those years they never eliminate the titans outside the wall and save humanity. in short, rod wanted to bring back god. that's why she refused to. in manga, we got frieda vs ymir. 2 different paths. and historia chose ymir's path of doing what she's proud of. it's her way of rebelling to what her father wants her to do. and it's frustrating how some ppl took that as "historia is a villain, she's selfishly selfish, she doesn't care about humanity, she's chadstoria" blah blah. she even admitted that she only got overwhelmed by it to eren later on.

Annies titan was able to gain abilities from other titans and when they talked about it she confirmed that it was possible for ALL titans to gain abilities from other titans, but the female titan was the best and easiest to do so. This means it's neither an asspull nor a plothole for Eren to be able to manifest this ability after using the vial. That's why falco gained traits of the beast titan for example. So the bottle most likely contained spinal fluid from a previous armored titan.
So from the beginning Eren has 2 titans already. Already revealed he has the Founding Titan (but can't use it, he did use it when a certain titan came into physical contact with him). For the other titan name, think of the name of the show.
You could have said the certain titan part differently. It heavily clues in to the reveal. Also WHY spoil the name of eren's titan? That was a reveal moment.
