      Yann M. yes, you can but use regular cod filet and sous vide at 60C for 20-30 minutes in the oven.

    Did you mean Celsius for the oven temperature? 60° Fahrenheit probably isn't even as warm as the room temperature in the kitchen. I know it's not good to overcook lutefisk, but 180° Fahrenheit also seems too low to finish the cooking process.

      180C is enough...sometimes if you let it cook too long it becomes so soft and becomes almost soupy..
