Question: Should I lift in a fasted state like early in the am?
Hey Jessie how about doing weights on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and 30 minutes Cardio on Tuesdays and Thursdays is that sounds ok?

Jesse what about her question about timing for yohimbe? I'm only asking because I'd like to know too. When I take it, it makes me jittery, etc
Fathima Harris if you look on the Jessie's membership page under videos Jessie answered that question of mine as well :) I can't remember what she said but it's there. it's been some time ago. Sorry I know that doesn't help much.

BCAA's just before and sipped during your cardio sessions? Maybe?
