i thought I was gonna die doing this yesterday... ran out of breath to the point that I thought I was having a panic attack... i had to reduce my reps for sure. I am pretty athletic, but this is some next level PLyo!
i started off with just a few reps, and built up to heavier dumbells (when stepping up) Love this plyo workout. You can feel it hit you on different metabolic pathways, and the way it triggers your heart is different too which is good for stress proofing it. Our bodies are super efficient at adapting, so I'm learning you can't just do the same day in -out exercises, they become ineffective. You need to shock the muscle, and this hits your body/legs from a lot of really unique angles, hitting muscles that have been going along for a free ride, no more!
Oh my goodness!! I did this tonight and I was beat!! I barely made it to the 2nd round. This is great in addition to regular workouts like Jessie said. I LOVE this and will keep doing this! Thanks Jessie!
Great workout that combines intense cardio and real muscle burning .Though 50 reps were too many since didn t have the stamina and did 20 reps.Keep up the good work Jessie and thank you for sharing.

I did all 4 rounds in 46 min and 45 sec! The last round was the longest! I had a few adjustments- the bulgarian squats I did 25 on each leg; and rounds 2-4 I tried to get a few pushups in on the burpees but did the rest without the pushup.

Just tried this and actually really hard. Thought I was fit but this is taxing. By the time you reach the burpee exercise you are fried as they say. Completed four rounds but not pretty by the end and stretching the rest periods a little. Thanks so much. Bob UK

These are very hard I'm doing plyos on your BB2 and wasn't sure how long I can rest in between each circuit, so you can only rest 15 seconds between each circuit? I think I need a little longer than 15 seconds is this ok?
What is the physiological difference between using bands on the kettlebell swing , and just increasing the weight of the kettlebell on the swing? I've never seen anyone use bands before.
Changes the strength curve.Allows you to increase tension at the end of the concentric range,where in most exercises,you lose tension at the end of the concentric.

Holy moses Jessie - me and my wife who do some hardcore HIIT every week really struggled with this last night - Got 3 rounds done and my left leg was shaking violently haha looked like i was having an orgasm !!!! I told my wife i bet you have purposely arranged the exercises into as evil an order as possible - This was the hardest workout i have ever done and i am known for training pretty damn hard ! Absolutely excellent routine ! Hoping to get 4 rounds in a few weeks after building some PLYO stamina !
Liga Man sounds like you gave it all you had, I'm gonna try this out next week. Regarding your leg shaking, I have had spasms like that also, my Naturpath told me I lacked magnesium. I started.using magnesium oil, you rub it into your skin, it is an awesome way to supplement magnesium into our system since we are all extremely deficient. I bought mine on amazon. Hope this helps.
