U can try some facial excersises, it tightens your muscles, u have them on yt, almost all of them work but look for some hot asian people, they make best advises. Lose a lot of weight. Chew gum. And always have your tongue on the roof of your mouth

alright heres my honest experience after mewing for 3 years as a woman. It does work. I did have a jawline beforehand but mewing amplified it my face shape in general has gotten more defined and attractive. it does work but takes time. do try.

There are none. The only way to get rid of a double chin is to lose weight and you lose weight by going on a calorie deficit.
