Okay so dental assistant here. Mewing isn't going to do anything to change your bone structure but your tongue should be on the roof of your mouth anyways cause it improves breathing and such. "Mewing" is really only beneficial for kids to help expand the palate to make more space for adult teeth coming in and to improve speech and eating issues and breathing and sleep. If a kids tongue is down against the bottom of their mouth they are often mouth breathers and that has more health issues than you'd think.
