- Time to reckon with the consequences of my own actions! When I decided to cram an Aston Martin 425HP V12 into a 1987 Mustang GT, I only got to thinking about if the engine would fit, which it did. Now we have to make it work! Watch Tony Angelo and the Stay Tuned crew work their magic on the next big step to having a supercar V12 powered Mustang, the exhaust build!

I don't know if that's going to be the result Tav man, I'm definitely worried about those primary lengths, cylinder pairing, and collection.... I believe they built like the average person trying to build headers into a tight space and didn't take the resulting end sound into consideration while welding them up.... I'm crossing my fingers the X pipe is going to magically pull something out it's azz here 😅🤞
I think at some point this should be given the equal length treatment

It's hard to appreciate enough what those stainless dudes supplied you with. They even tasked someone with recreating your logo in order to laser it onto that awesome welding/fab template tool for the headers? Just sending you all that stuff shows commitment, but they went way beyond that. I love it.
This is the type of videos that I enjoy.. stay real. So many get to big and loose the real feeling . Good job
The P51 mustang used the British designed Merlin V12.
Merlin may be a fitting name... and you guys worked some MAGIC on that exhaust.

I'd really love to see some ITBs (2 sets of Duatec V6 itbs?) on it, I bet the combined intake and exhaust sound would be amazing.
I like AM/FM, I’m 30 and radio was still a big part of my life growing up. Up until 2012 when all my favorite radio stations were sold.
AM/FM couldn’t be any better of a name to go along with the show being called Stay Tuned. But I did see one comment that said Crown Mule and I thought that was pretty cool
Tony, You were my favorite person on Motortrend. I started with roadkill, then roadkill garage, and then hot road garage. Watched you for years, and was sad to see you get replaced, but im glad you found another outlet to produce content that works for you! Im glad to he able to watch a guy work on cars and talk cars when i cant! Thankyou Tony!

He didnt get fired, it was an ammicable seperation based on personal needs in life. which is totall fine. and now hes got this channel! more control of what he wants to do

Thanks guys! This gives me inspiration to do proper headers for my SBC swapped '68 Amazon. I may have to work on my welding skills first tho. Keep at it brothas, it's great seeing guys just having fun wrenching on something crazy! Cheers from the right coast of Canada!

I wish I had known Tony. I would of come from Toronto to build those headers for you. I only have over 30 years building incredibly ridiculous things like that. None the less. They look like they turned out pretty decent.

AM/FM is perfect. It goes great with the Stay Tuned theme, and will be super simple to get on a license plate which kinda made the decision easier.
