INSTRUCTIONS
Panels:
Chain 6 (C6)
1) Single Crochet (SC) into first stitch of chain row (not the one closest to hook) and C2. Creates loop.
Pull through loop x4 to create first puff and Slip Stitch (SS), then C2.
Pull through same loop space as first puff x4 to create second puff, then Treble Crochet (TC) into same space as first two puffs.
2) C3 and turn. Pull through x4 in the space between the two puffs to create new puff, SS and C2, pulling x4 more times in same space for next puff. SS and TC into the side C3/TC space of the row below.
3) C3 and turn. Repeat above. End with SS.
Border:
(This only applies to first panel) Time in video: 3:41

Begin with C3.
1) Double Crochet (DC) into space between the two puffs, C4 and then SC in the space between the DC and C3, creating your first Picot (P). DC again into the space between the two puffs, C4 and then SC in the space between the two DC, creating second P. DC again in space between puffs, continue to create third P.
2) DC into your first TC side space and create your next 3P in that same space (these are your corners). Then in each other space, create 2P until you reach the last side TC space, where you will create 3P for another corner.
Repeat #1 to create 3P in the space between the two puffs. Then Repeat #2 for the side TC spaces of 3P (corner), then 2P in each space, then 3P on last TC space (corner).
You should end on the last 3P in last corner, then SS into top of first DC of the first picot. End first panel. Continue for second panel but don't create border as above. See "Joining" below.
Joining:
(This applies to all consecutive panels) Time in video: 9:55
Create your next panel(s) by repeating the Panel section. When completed, you move on to the border, but you'll create the border AND join at the same time, as follows...
End next panel with a SS and then C3. Create your first 3P into the space between the puffs and then move on to the side TC space (your corner).
Create 1P in that TC space. Then DC in that same TC space, then C2 (you were C4 before, but this time you'll C2 first) and then SC through the SECOND P of the other panel, then C1 (see, you did a C2, then you SCed into the other picot and C1, so you still end up with a C4, but one of the chains joins to the other panel) and then SC in the space between the two DC.
Repeat until you reach the corner section again, joining each picot. When you reach the corner (the last TC space on side), you'll join TWO picot, but not the 3rd. Then you do the 3P in the space between the two puffs. Then you do 3P in the next corner TC space, then you continue doing 2P in each TC space until you reach the next corner, doing 3P, then SS into top of last DC.
Repeat for new panels.
