Apparently this happens because Windows keeps installing old drivers. Man, how can you sell "world-leading" software for it to perform dumb BS like this? Genuinely upset about this, made me lose my work for no reason.

Actually, you can disable the auto updates by searching Change device installation settings on the search bar and turning it to No. I got this problem recently. Hope this helps

Thanks. I think it's the update pushed by Windows Update that made this error. I saw it on the WU "Advanced Micro Devices, Inc bla bla", I didn't touch it but then later it's gone so it must've been automatically installed. After that, the error occurs.

i had vega 8 + radeon RX 560x so i rolled back radeon vega 8 graphics driver ..... and then it worked correctly
