Very helpful review. Thanks. How do these compare to the Apple AirPods Pro (not the ones announced yesterday 7th September as they are too new and I presume you haven't tried them yet)? I especially interested in the noise cancellation when on a call and how the other person hears your voice? I find all ear buds cope poorly with wind even the Apple, the current Bose (i know new ones ar released this month) and the Sony.

I just received these for Xmas yesterday and am trying to set them up. I want to be able to listen to a video on my computer using the headphones but can't figure out how to make that work even though my computer blue tooth has found them. Can someone help me with that? (I also have them set up with Siri and through my phone but I want to use my computer too.) Thanks!

Honestly, these JBL Pro 2 really seem like the perfect earbuds for me, but what still blocks me is that I can't find any tests that really talk about the quality of the microphones in phone calls in a noisy environment, and that is really very important to me.
I just want to know if they are as good as Airpods Pro if not better.

I have them. Call quality is superb and one of the best, if not the best.
Check the DHRME channel for sound tests.
@@dedasdude I am looking for earbuds for calling. I am on calls atleast for 4-5 hours a day. I have people around me on calls too... My clients complain there is a lot of background noise (people talking on calls)

Anyone can help me? Got my JBL live pro 2 yesterday connected to phone and JBL app but after an hour usage the app indicate the earbud battery is still on 100%. Anyone have this issue?

Both JBL and Best Buy etc are selling them limited time for 100.
I have Apple earpod pros. These sound alot better, plus battery life

Tnx, man. IT's just sad they don't give you free customization of the touch control similar to the Jabra's TWS headphones. Besides, they are a great pair of headphones. I have the predecessor and I am happy with them

how about the microphone? the live pro + mic is so bad especially when youre using it in a public place like cafe/malls with a reasonable noise level
the person that youbare calling with doesnt hear as much background noise than with the +, and the quality is slightly better

If you compare the anc with airpods pro, what would you say?
I just received mine. ANC is a bit better on the Airpods Pro. Still good on the live pro. and in my opinion the sound quality is better on the JBL. Transparency mode is good on live pros but also a bit better on airpods pro.

Hey! I have both. JBL Live pro 2 is miles ahead in terms of sound quality. As for ANC, it is very similar if not better. These are my go-to ANC earphones right now!

Do not buy it of you are an iPhone user. The ANC is not as good as AirPods’. It has a hissing sound.
Also the latency is very bad for videos. There is mode for video sync but you loose a lot of quality.

I just wonder if they are equally reliable in calls and in speech, because I have read some negative comments, that in some cases the interlocutor cannot be heard well or that the noise canceling does not respond properly 🤔. @@alexcorfu7707 still JBL man. They have a very specific awesome sound tuning that differs them from other buds. BTW, I’m waiting for my order of the JBL buds with the touchscreen charging case to arrive, will make the video in a few weeks

ANC is very poor, but everything else I love
Got them today. Your analysis is great but the range is horrible. It’s so bad I’m unfortunately having to send them back. The Bluetooth range is half or less than the AirPod Pros. Truly, I’m saddened by this bc all the other features on the ear pods are great. I’m getting 30-35ft of range before the connection goes in and out. For me, that’s not going to work and have to go back. If you keep your phone on you at all times, then these ear pods are a steal and fantastic. If you need range like me… these ain’t it.

These buds have worsened from last edition. Worse ANC and much worse video latency. I do not recommend it.
