I have registered to homeschool my daughter for kindergarten this year. I had to have the education plan sent off by tonight to the AP and was on my way to watch your other video talking about it, just as a final check and saw you posted this one! What perfect timing! Thankyou!

Thank you for your amazing videos, we are planning to homeschool grade 2 and 5 in nsw next year. There is so much overwhelming info out there I’m very nervous I’m not going to be covering everything but this video is super helpful! Much relief most of what we need to cover will be covered by our daily life and hands on experiences! ❤

At this point, all I can think about is that God allowed me to discover your channel so that I would have no excuse to do what He has called me to do. You answered all my questions, I'm ready and confident to submit our homeschooling plan next week. Thank you so much ❤️
Ps if this was a How-to homeschool short course I would so pay for it.
    Bless you

thank you so much for sharing this video. i found this video and this homeschool series super helpful. we start homeschooling our 5 year old foundations (reception) this year. we don't have to register for exception to homeschool till the child is 6 so i don't have to write up a plan till November when i start the registration process for next year. but i want to get prepared now so i don't have to stress over making a plan. so thank you for helping by providing this info in this video. is this information on your blog also?

Do you mind if I ask how you made the decision to leave your job to homeschool? I'm currently in the same situation. I'm on maternity leave at the moment but not sure I want to go back. Leaving my job would be a huge decision and a really hard one to make, but I want to homeschool and continue doing the various ministry work God has led me to.

I was not working at the time that we decided to start homeschooling. If we wanted to keep the children at the school they were at I was going to have to go back to teaching and I thought to myself that if i was going to be teaching anyone I would rather it be my own children. I was done with being in the classroom so it was an easy decision to make. Now that we have been homeschooling for a while and my children are older I have started doing more volunteer work outside the home. I love that I am able to do both - homeschool my children and do my ministry work too. As homeschooling is flexible I am able to fit my ministry work around our school days.

I'm homeschooling my youngest in grade 4. Is there any funding for primary school? I have only found it for high school. Thank you
