Wonder if you could run a straight wire from the battery to a toggle switch on the dash area, then from there add an inline fuse before the green and yellow wire, and then hook this wire with the fuse to the green and yellow wire going straight to the fuel pump? Just would have to remember to turn the toggle switch on and off each time you wanted to start and stop the car. Why would this not work?
    Thanks!

Known issue on the 03 to 05 expedition. My 03 has the same issue. Intermittent stalling. Let it sit for a few minutes and it will start up. Its most likely the R303 (fuel pump) relay. Its undersized for the circuit so it will eventually burn out and fail. Ford did a bad job with the design so they changed it in 06 I believe. R203 (Main PCM relay) and R303 (fuel pump relay) tend to burn up. Replacing the entire fuse box with another one from a junk yard will just buy time until that one also fails.

Did you have fuel pressure psi at the fuel rail for the injectors?

I'm having the same problem with mine. I'll try this when I get home. The only thing is mine will start and drive for a few then it'll shut itself off while driving then won't crank again

Hmm that’s quite a bit different than mine. Mine worked perfectly fine then just got to work one day and it would crank but not fire up… Swapped that whole fuse block and worked fine again.

Did you ever make the follow up video?

No I didn’t. What I did is just went to pick and pull and got an expedition the same year and took the whole fuse block out of it. Made sure all the fuses matched the old one. Installed it and car works fine again.
