🎉just tried now, it came out very. Rice flour should be fried to the consistency of kolam maavu butter should be heated well and used along with heated oil, both was shared 50:50 . This ratio shared by you was very useful. It gave a great result. Hats off to chef sir. 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Chef Deena, I tried this recipe today. The texture, taste everything was really good. Because I added white sesame seeds, it blocked the flow of dough and the ribbon pakoda became like a thin noodles.
