    Dear Mami, I have been making ribbon pakoda for many years but only today I tried your proportions and it came out very well. Esp your tip about using very less pottukadalai maavu was very helpful. It came out very crispy and consumed less oil. Thank you so much Mami!

    Hi Maam,
    In the slides that come up for measurements it says 1 cup pottukadalai maavu , but in the video you say its 1 tbsp pottukadalai maavu. I mixed based on the slides but luckily I watched your procedure and was able to recover ! It came out well. Thanks.

    I am a fan of ur recipes. Thank u for the lovely recipe of ribbon pakoda . Would like to bring to ur notice a lapse. In the ingredients list , fried gram flour quantity is shown as 1 cup whereas when u talk , u say that a very little quantity is enough.
    Hope u take my comment in the right stride.

    Very good and clear in logic. I always wondered how much Roasted Potty Kadalai (PK)powder to use. If used more what happens? Now I know if used in excess the pakoda picks up oil. Most people avoid using PK Powder as it is a little more time consuming. Thanks madam.

    Mami, it's very important to tell your subscribers about the consistency of the dough kneaded. How much water did u add to knead the dough? Also about the heat or flame at which you are frying ribbon pakode. Is it very high or medium flame?

    Thank you மாமி.👍 Tried 3 of your recipes today - முள்ளு முறுக்கு / மணங்கொம்பு, ஓமப்பொடி & ரிப்பன் பக்கோடா. While all 3 came out crispy (& extra crispy or over-fried 🤭) & were really tasty (as certified by Mrs & Jr👌🏼), I'm not sure why the மாவு did not fall from the சொப்பு continuously to form a circle! Instead, it fell in little pieces directly.🤔 Would be really interested in knowing the reason, so the next time it can be done even better. 🤙🏼
    Anyway, thank you once again for your recipe - it saved a visit to Grand Sweets & Snacks (& thereby helped avoid கணிசமான செலவு).😂🙏🏼
