While all 3 came out crispy (& extra crispy or over-fried 🤭) & were really tasty (as certified by Mrs & Jr👌🏼), I'm not sure why the மாவு did not fall from the சொப்பு continuously to form a circle! Instead, it fell in little pieces directly.🤔 Would be really interested in knowing the reason, so the next time it can be done even better. 🤙🏼 Anyway, thank you once again for your recipe - it saved a visit to Grand Sweets & Snacks (& thereby helped avoid கணிசமான செலவு).😂🙏🏼

Mam high flame or medium flame. Baking soda use Panna வேண்டாமா
