Hi Ramy ! I'm electrician at Airbus A320neo FAL and I'm impressed by your amazing work ! I've looked all the videos of your XWB construction like a blockbuster movie 😍 If you want a clean result for the slack of the cables with a simple and lighter way, here's a pro-tip : set plastic supports, then you can tie your cables on it with tyraps. "Like the real thing" 😁 Stay healthy and keep us dreaming !
This channel popped up in my recommendations, and i dunno why. First i was curious. than i was amazed. than i stayed because i liked your accent (i'm brazilian, whatching a german guy, constructing an airplane in english. It's being fun) (ok the planes are a bonus) I watched about 12 videos in a row. now i'm subscribed Sometimes i dont know what you talking about, cuz i dont know nothing about autocad, 3D printing or RC modeling) i'm still amazed
Thanks for answering a question I had in the back of my mind. You needing to create plans for any of these commercial airliners shows your ingenuity and ability. And your craftsmanship is impeccable also. This is why I watch your videos. Keep up the fine work and the videos flowing!
Very masterful work on the main LG. The assembly is clean and simple and the retraction operation is clean as a whistle. Excellent stuff. You're an inspiration to the RC builders of the world.
Ramy, Your videos are one of the things that are getting me through these dark times of quarantine without out loosing what is left of my mind. Your workmanship is "Top Shelf" and your videos are full of technique. I would love to see you do a military airframe one day such as the C-46A, RC-135 or P-8. Please stay safe and keep pumping out the good work, beautiful aircraft and videos. You Rock!
Ramy your models are astounding, and i thought it was cool having a plastic aeroplane on a string when i was a kid (60 years ago) THANKS FOR SHARING!!!!!
These build videos are becoming some of my favourite, just amazing to watch it all come together. The 3D printing is just incredible! Thanks for taking the time to bring us along the journey. Can't wait to see it fly! :)
You make it look so easy, but there are so many skills you have to have to do so. It's wonderful to see you excited to get it right on the first try--can't wait for the same reaction to the maiden!
Thats why you are RC-Pilot, you build your stuff out of your Brain:-) I built Airliners 25 Years ago and everything was built of Original Pics. Love your Planes.
Hey Ramy, there actually are "blueprints" for every single airplane in the world. Its called a structural repair manual but they always come with the airplane once it is bought so you would have to buy your own which costs a lot of money. But they give you every single part in the airplane and the exact coordinate, waterline, fuselage station, and so on. We have to use it for my A&P training.
I started watching your first video and your attention to detail is commendable! I find myself wanting to see more progress with your Airbus A350. Your Bodywork for the hull is incredible, I have to see the finished project so I subscribed. I'm not an RC plane person per se, but I am a scale modeler and we share many passions, most of all is Accuracy! Keep building, the moment you let your passion slip away is the moment your life becomes darker. Keep as much light in your life as possible!
Go Ramy! Go Ramy! It's always amazing to watch your videos! In particular in this dark period, you really light my days! Thanks from Italy and keep safe and sound!
I would one day like to see you build a Boeing B797, call me crazy but that to me is one of the most beautiful airliners I've ever seen, and I'll bet the flight characteristics would be amazing, however transporting might be a problem but I'll bet the build would be pretty easy
Wonderful. I'm a hobbyist too (albeit not one of Ramy's calibre!) but I think there are probably some people who'll see this intricate and time-consuming project and be thinking, "What's the point of doing it that way - it would go much faster if you just used such-and-such a method or 3-D printed stuff or paid a guy in a big machine-shop to produce it on a 5-axis milling station or something. Dude, you'd be in the air much sooner and wouldn't even get your hands dirty..." Well, yes. But the point of a hobby is not to have clean hands or to complete things as quickly or as easily as possible. Doing it is fun. It's not a boring 9 to 5 job; it's not something that you HAVE to do to pay the bills. There's no angry supervisor or quality-control inspector waiting to ruin your day. A project like this is a huge challenge, but it's one you get out of bed early to tackle. When things are going well there aren't enough hours in the day to get things done, so you stay up all night, working. Problem solving is a big part of it; a decent hobby keeps you so absorbed that time becomes meaningless. There's no rush, peeps - just enjoy the making. Enjoy the journey.
Keeping to 1:20 scale as per rest of his airliner fleet, Ramy would be making a 3.65m long plane... quad-EDF and a lot of weight... would take a lot of batteries and be a nightmare to transport!
Just an idea to solve your accurate dimensions problem: Buy a plastic model kit of the airplane you want, glue it together (no need for all the aesthetics and painting of course) and use your micrometer to pull dimensions from it. They are usually in 144th scale. You can be sure it's super accurate and by having a 3-Dimensional model in your hand, there is no limit to what it can provide you. May even be able to use some 3D scanning tech to import it into a computer and pull molds from it. Could even cut it into pieces to get things like cross section geometry. Just a thought. Love the videos, thanks for all of them.
Brilliant video Ramy. Superb micro engineering. You are so skilled. Love your work. Can’t wait till the next Video. Probably my favourite RUclips Chanel.
Looking good there love your gear sequencing. I understand fully the difficulty in designing stuff because it just doesn't exist. Like your way of getting dimensions. Much smarter than the way I do it
On the wheel doors, add some ribs (3d printed) on the inside, that way, if air happens to somehow catch them, they won't flex and make things worse. Also, i'd get some silicone (sanitary grade kind, but preferably something very soft when it cures) and i'd make a very thin bead on the rim of the doors. That way, when they close, they won't allow air to circulate between them and the fuselage. This is the kind of stuff that was done to giant F22 RCs in the club that i'm in back in the day when RC sized turbine engines first came out. They would go quite fast and doors would get ripped off. Silicone and ribs did the trick.

Back of the net Ramy!!! You had me saying perfect lol! Great work, here’s me thinking you makes those shocks with hydraulic cylinders etc because of how good they look, but no it’s simple use of strong springs lol!..much more simple and easier to work with. Learning all the tricks from watching your channel.
Hey Ramy use a hard wood block to drill into on your drill press so you don’t damage the table! You will also get a better finish on the other side as the drill clears the chips. Fun project, watching with great interest! Love the plier hammer BTW, 😜
Im not used to post comment on Videos but you really deserved it ! Your work and precision is really cool to see, all the details ! Ive worked on those part IRL and its really cool to see this ! Good job keep it up i will follow you now !
Hey Ramy, you should do a step by step how you design your models in AutoCad. I think a lot of viewers (at least I would) would love some inside information. Thanks for being there!
It's awesome to watch the plane take shape. You have some serious skills. I sincerely hope you can enjoy it outside soon! (and here I am building my first balsa wood plane due to 'lets take up an old hobby due to quarantine')
I thought i was good at DIY until i saw your vids. You are a different level, your determination is really fantastic and your enthusiasm is infectious. I would love to know where you originally from, i have some ideas but not entirely sure. This is to say the country that let you go has lost a genius of an engineer.
Dear Ramy, I`m so amazed about your movies, and your skills. Your patience not to forget. I`m looking forward to the Next movie and ofcourse the maidan flight. Thanks so much. stay healty. Cheers Clayt.
Stay healthy and don't miss the next video!
Ramy RC hi
Ramy RC i wish i could be so good at building ^-^ i am also Creative my self i love to play games that have something to do with building

Ramy will you be adding panels to the gear stems to make it flush with the wing when closed or is it too complicated at this scale?
hope sotoo bro
If he's going to that tiny bit of detail on the landing gear, of course he's gonna do that!😄
I dont think he is gonna do that cuz it needs more servos and is more expensive
@@cachin9505 Or he could just glue a fitting cover piece to the stem of the landing gear.
@@cachin9505 it doesnt need a servo because it just attaches to the main landing gear
I get so much joy out of watching you being so happy and proud of your work. Great job on the gear!

Thank you for showing it starting from scratch from CAD Software, over 3D printing to assembling. Great!
Every video you release, I just am blown away by the level of thought and detail that goes into each part you make. Really impressive.
I admire what you do Ramy Rc, you're an artist!
just found you randomly on my recommendation and I already like ur content
Perfectionist, he pays so much attention to detail! Just wow.
I love the look on your face ( excitement ) when you find out that whatever you are working on going the way you want!!
Your choice of music lately, is so much more pleasing. Thank you.
I get so happy and smiley when Ramy achieves something new. His excitement is very positive and infectious. @Ramy RC, you should be so very proud.
Nice clean workshop! Great video. No one talks about landing gear but it’s most important. Good job!
I don't understand anything Remy talks about. But the videos are too rewarding !! hug to Brazil

We are all locked inside. You build a fiberglass A350 in a month and I can't get a balsa and tissue glider done! What an amazing effort.
Viel Glück!
i liked this video spirit of encountering problems and solving them, reminds me of what engineering is all about.
