We haven rode enough Propel to really give a serious comparison so what we going to say may not be entirely correct. Propel felt more compliant and stable while Helios felt a little harsher when compared to Propel. Apart from those, i think they are pretty similar. Our biggest gripped with Helios are the wheels, they are really "te......" hahaha. Fyi we only rode Propel for like 10km.
@@WiserBiker thanks WB! If not mistaken, your Helios was set up using inner tube while the Propel, judging from its wheelset, must be set up using tubeless (?). Cmiiw (the reason for my ‘quite’ specific question is I’m using a tubeless setup while previously I used inner tubes, and the difference is night and day → in relation to the compliant issue) 😊
Seems like you like the Propel more 😉. How is it compared to the Pilygon Helios? Frame character wise?
