I think they've updated the shells at some point to add armor piercing to the non-AP shells. HE is still broken since armor can't protect against the explosion. If you have a PvP game choose whatever feels the most balanced according to how survivable you want the vehicles to be.

I think mixing HE and AP is the best solution for my ship.
Its a good video thats explain much of stuff, but, I'll hope there be a tests with heavy blocks and maybe with extended guns

Does extending the barrel increase the penetration of KE and AP rounds?
