For the price, I can afford to buy the accessories my friend. I just ordered this system and I hope that they continue to improve on it for the next release. The DJI Mic 2 is my real go to system for professional work. Thanks for the honest review!
I'm trying very hard to find how much this costs on their website. They don't exactly make it easy to find the price or buy the kit either. I'm not exactly a fan, if there is no way to connect a lav mic to the Transmitter, either. Nice little episode though.😀
You may have noticed that I wasn't particularly excited either 😂 It's not bad, but also nothing exciting either. And it's missing features. Like you said; no 3.5mm input for a lav mic. I got sent so much stuff to review, I'm going to be very picky going forward. One product I received was so bad, I had to tell that company that I wouldn't review it. I also want to keep making tutorials, not just reviews. So this one was short 'n sweet. Moving on to more interesting stuff 😉 Thanks for watching, as always!
Do you think it has a better sound than a camera mounted shotgun mic, I just want a slight step up from that scenario for event work - I need a very quick setup - so pin to someone and go etc
It will improve the audio for sure. But honestly, I think there are better options on the market for that. Like the Fulaim X5. I use it all the time and it's great and doesn't cost much more. ruclips.net/video/s81KuCyqYhY/видео.html
So, let me get this straight: you wanted to compare the two sounds, but you placed the one you're reviewing away from where you're looking and the other one right under your mouth? Ah, that's not the best way to start, my friend.
I agree that it can make a difference. But in this case, I was trying to keep both mics out of the wind, they were relatively close together, the sound of my voice was blown more in the direction of the Godox mic (yes, wind can direct sound), and they were both quite low on my chest. I wouldn't consider that close to my mouth at all. But more importantly; the difference in how the two mics sound is far larger than the difference it would've made if they were in exactly the same place. If anything, this is exactly how most people will use this mic anyway. So thanks for the feedback, but it's a bit more nuanced than you suggest.

Sounds pretty good on my phone. I have some Hollyland mics that are similar. Under $100 is a pretty good price.
Yeah, for the price it’s alright
Do you need lightning cable when using on iPhone 12,13,14?
@@ikpogsyes, it doesn’t come with one. Take a look at this one: BOYALINK A2

I was wondering if there was any lag on the audio like if you plugged into a PA ?@@RedFrameTech
I didn’t measure the latency of this one, but there’s always latency with a wireless system like this.
