You can use with iPhone as only as you have the lightning to 3.5mm headphone adapter. It comes with the correct cable tho. Godox also sells a 3.5mm adapter to lightning cable.

Yes you would plug the audio cable into the 3.5 mic input on your computer instead of a camera
