I think he was sexually assaulted, judging by his avoidance of spending time alone with Jodie. Ian is baffled, joking about the pair being stuck in the friend zone, then ribbing Teddy for going for a 'coffee' in the lift Jodie happens to be in, before Teddy's suddenly claiming Jodie is too clingy.
