Charlie and Duffy were the best ❤❤ wished we had more scenes or even a spin off them to together ❤❤❤
The secret was it was a series of people who cared about other strangers just faces who were injured or had heart attacks or been in a situation where they were either hurt or something completed in a full. It was fascinating and engaging to see those stories that took on a serious edge to them, through the years 37 of them with a single character on and off. Faces appear and disappear inside a string of stories but curiously Charlie was at most of these stories, and we were with him all the way. Charlie and Derek the series starts with a very young male nurse and 37s later he leaves behind those people and faces his eyes saw and helped. Best wishes to the future Charlie Farehead a goodbye yes but hopefully we'll see Derek on our screens soon. The original aim of this show was to show us how the NHS worked through the people on the front line it developed into a culture series it was pure gold a story about Charlie Farehead arriving on a television set 37 years ago for Derek this story was his.
Casualty is a core memory and Charlie was the biggest part of that, and of course duffy and Megan. Ive just watched Charlie's last scenes and I broke down like I'd lost someone. He will be missed so much, he was the A&E Dad. Wont be the same without him 😢
Wonderful acting he always made you feel he cared for everyone. Often wondered if he was like this in real life too💖
Still annoyed that Duffy was brought back only to be killed off! 😡

The should never ever EVER have killed off Duffy just for the sake of a storyline. Mind you when Charlie and Josh were seen running towards the Sea stark naked all those years ago, I did say then they'd ride off into the sunset together and lo n behold they did 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
