When I look at this, I remember the cat Monta 😻who lives in Japan. When I first saw him, and I met him 15 days ago, my tears flowed, because I had never seen such a creature in my life. Monta is so small, unusual, amazing,he was seriously ill with kidneys, he has a catheter and his dad loves him so much, he did everything for him to relive difficult moments. When I see Monta, I only shed tears.

@@connieg.439 yes, I found vids of that. One woman had several cats, not vaxxed. One day she heard some propaganda to go for wurm
treatment in advance. She did with 2 cats. One of the cats developed a deadly disease. She was so miserable. She searched the whole world and
finally found one person in California with a treatment to save her cat. They even suppress that, was not officially alowed. Plus I saw
neighbour cats before and after. A total change of character, no sparkling life anymore, became shy and tired uninterested cats. One was
treated by the Dr. for wurms, almost every 2 month, the whole immune system is ruined. My cat never has received anything of
these treatments. He is the most happy and healthy cat, not ever had a wurm or other disease. I very much watch what he eats
and have some natural treatments if something comes up. I love his sparkling personality.

@@tammyc7898 A cat needs at least real flesh food, about 80% daily. I broil some chicken or turkey, sometimes beef and mix it with wet food
for cats, what they sell. Plus add 2 - 3 spoons of water to it ,a small spoon of oatmeal twice a day, so the cat gets enough water for the kidneys.
Most cats don´t like to drink water. My cat gets 3 little plates a day and 2 bigger spoons of dry food inbetween. But he can run outside, which he does for
about 6 hours a day. That´s my receipe not to get overweight, but every cat is different. I don´t leave food there all the time, just every 3 - 4 hours.

I'm a manager at a vet clinic and super impressed by these cat parents and their dedication to keeping Liam healthy. It really isn't easy. A lot of cats just don't want to cooperate with their treatment plan and there's no way to convince them unless they start to feel the difference in their own health and associate the cause and effect. I am a lifelong cat rescuer/lover, especially cats needing special care, but YOU take ALL the prizes for true love and dedication for this cat with the really challenging conditions. So many would just not bother because it would take too much “everything”- time, money, effort etc. They love their pet as long as it doesn’t require any sacrifices. If only every human could learn what true enlightenment is. We are all brothers under the skin. Bless you. For sure you and your family are being repaid many times over in his love and trust returned.
Amazing to see the successful physical fitness programs! No one would believe this in a cat!

My old cat started wheezing like that, and the vet told us that she had asthma, but months later at her normal checkup, they discovered that she had a golf ball sized tumor in her lung. The vet couldn't do anything to ease her suffering, and recommended that we put her down before she got any worse. So the very next day, when I was 16 years old, I lost my best friend... who had been with me since I was 3.
I really wish, that she had had Asthma and that we could've actually done something to help her. But instead, we let her suffer for god only knows how long, because we were ignorant as to how ill she really was. It's been 6 years, and I still think of her every day.

She both came into my life on my birthday and also died on my 21st birthday... she got sick with a heart desease half a year after I had to move out from my house to study in uni in another town. She must've gotten ill because she couldn't stand being apart from me. I know since my parents told she meowed a lot searching for me and started being less active. I still remember that time when she was diahnosed with heart desease and I hoped we could help her with medication that we tried giving her for a month... then things got worse and we had to put her to sleep. I was releaved after that but remembering how she had to suffer.. I still can't forget the pain. eventho it happened a couple years ago. The pain stays. That is why I cried reading your comment because I can feel what you felt

Our cat has had asthma for a long time. Nothing helped until we tried prednisolone. Helped with inflammation. He went from many cough attacks per day to just one or 2. We slowly waned him off it.
What we currently love and has helped the most is a food from the vet. It's soft food in small cans called c/d (which prevents urinary tract issues) but also helps with stress. The chicken stew one with rice and veggies.
    Good luck

I had a Siamese cat years ago who had asthma. I also had to give her the inhaler, but I had to wrap her up in a towel so tightly because she hated it that much. I persisted with it every day until I had to put her to sleep eight years later at the ripe old age of 18. I still miss her very much and it's been 10 years. Now I've started to notice my other cat is wheezing, so I'm back off to the vet, and again I'm fearing she also won't take the inhaler easily.
