    Ingredients:
    Biscuit Genoise:
    ✔️Eggs - 6 pcs.;
    ✔️Sugar - 180 g;
    ✔️ Butter (82% fat) - 90 g;
    ✔️ Flour / s - 180 g;
    Cream Diplomat:
    ✔️Yolks - 6 pcs.;
    ✔️Milk - 500 ml;
    ✔️Sugar - 80 g;
    ✔️ Flour - 25 g;
    ✔️ Corn starch - 25 g;
    ✔️ Butter (82% fat) - 70 g;
    ✔️ Cream (30% fat) - 150 g;
    ✔️ Gelatin - 12 g + 60 ml of water (gelatin: water = 1: 5)
    Biscuit impregnation syrup:
    ✔️Water - 100 g;
    ✔️Sugar - 50 g;
    ✔️Rom - 20 ml;
    Swiss meringue:
    ✔️ Protein - 90 g;
    ✔️Sugar - 180 g;
    Bumpers, filling, decoration:
    ✔️ Strawberries ~ 1 kg;
