Coconut water is the best out of those but cucumber juice is the best. First statement ☝️ they said was right as in hydration. Cucumber juice is most hydrating then coconut water and then every other melon juice. If you do water then only natural spring water if you can least amount of contaminates

This person is saying hydration in general is good for vocal health, it doesn’t matter what type of water you use, just drink fucking water. A contradiction would be “hydration is important for vocal health but only this specific hydration is good, not others so you shouldn’t hydrate”, see the difference?
Honestly i love singing and I'm seeing your shorts a lot for practice and I'm seeing few changes in my vocals like it didn't hurt now that much WHEN ever i try to hit a note cuz i was doing it in a wrong way back then ...!! Thank you ❤

Its both, your highest and lowest that you can hit,(you're break point) but what you can full out hit most comfortably,..

It also depends on volume and timbre but range is also a determining factor. Just not the only one I think.
I tried. 3 times. The calculations of the notes were almost same. It gave me SOPRANO .

No it doesn’t count if you strained, cause you have to sustain it for 3 secs

Keeping your vocal cords hydrated is good for them. The type of water you use is irrelevant.
