For me, I just like waking up before my kids and having an hour to myself. I’ll stretch, drink water, and work on something I want to get a head start on so I can feel like I’ve already filled my cup . Then when the kids wake up I can fill their cup ❤️❤️
When I get a rare chance to, I try to wake up before the sun rises! It’s 20 degrees in the mornings now🥶but I go out on the balcony and I close my eyes, recite prayers and verses, then I breathe in deep🧘🏻♀️then slowly exhale....I wait for the sun to rise and I feel very calm afterwards🙂btw cold chilly air doesn’t bother me, it’s something beautiful though about the stillness of the early morning right before the sun comes up, it’s magical😊
Actually I do not have one yet. One of my goals for 2021 is to establish a selfcare routine like sleeping 7-8 hours every night, waking up early to enjoy a cup of coffee before going to work and a daily skin care routine to calm my skin (got bad acne on my back ans shoulders)... :D

Simple is the best. I have come to accept and appreciate this. My self care is to wash and moisturize my face and brush my teeth every night before bed. Great video♥️
I do a home yoga practice for about 15 minutes each morning, it gets my day off right and loosens all the stiffness. I go for long walks 40-45 minutes and complete an hour or so before bed for the exercise and it helps clear my head and to sleep better. I meditate before lunch for 15 minutes, eat really well at home, do HIIT training at home 3 days per week. It really is about good self care as that is our foundation.
@Miss Eliza I'm not the one who your asking, but walks have also changed my life...when going to work I make sure I have enough time to spare where I can walk as slowly as can where intentionally feel the ground with my feet, and I also focus on my breath, it makes me feel less anxious and more present and confident with myself

A year ago, I simplified my facial routine. I now cleanse with a mix of gram, rye, and oat flours, then spritz with rose water, and moisturize with jojoba oil. I love it. I was adding turmeric to the flour mix, but honestly I got tired of it dyeing all my white towels yellow. I'm curious about your Pink Cloud cleanser. I enjoyed your video. Great ideas Sophie!! I like to prioritize my tasks too. I try to work on the toughest task first, while my energy levels are highest. I like to converse with friends during my breaks, either by texting or a phone call. If it’s outside while I am on a walk, even better! Gayle and I are unplugging before sleep to allow our minds to wind down. We are sticking to our rule of having the phones off and recharging them in our living room, far away from our bedroom. No more annoying beeps, dings, or buzzes to interrupt our sleep!

I love how this video is setup. I struggle with mental health and often put my self care to the back burner. I’m a firm believer in vision boards and manifestation tho. The way this video is setup reminds me of a vision board almost. I live in my head too much and seeing this video helps me envision positive habits to cultivate into my daily routine. This is very inspiring. I’m having a hard time being so mindful and being kind to myself lately. I used to set aside my da daily meditations and exercises and even Going to bed so late. I even sometimes decide to lay on my bed the whole day, spending it being inactive and drowning myself in overthinking. One of the most important ways i discovered is to start your day and set it in a POSITIVE WAY! Learn the 5 seconds rule and feed your mind with positive thoughts. Mediation, affirmation and gratitude really helps a lot.

Gayle and I are unplugging before sleep to allow our minds to wind down.
We are sticking to our rule of having the phones off and recharging them in our living room, far away from our bedroom. No more annoying beeps, dings, or buzzes to interrupt our sleep!
I love how you mentioned that you work on the toughest while your energy level is at the highest! I never thought of it that way 😍 but it makes a lot of sense. I love how this video is setup. I struggle with mental health and often put my self care to the back burner. I’m a firm believer in vision boards and manifestation tho. The way this video is setup reminds me of a vision board almost. I live in my head too much and seeing this video helps me envision positive habits to cultivate into my daily routine. It’s like a vision board in video form. Which I wish they made here on RUclips actually. Just videos of good habits and positive quotes and tips to help visualization and manifestation. This is very inspiring. I’m having a hard time being so mindful and being kind to myself lately. I used to set aside my da daily meditations and exercises and even Going to bed so late. I even sometimes decide to lay on my bed the whole day, spending it being inactive and drowning myself in overthinking. One of the most important ways i discovered is to start your day and set it in a POSITIVE WAY! Learn the 5 seconds rule and feed your mind with positive thoughts. Mediation, affirmation and gratitude really helps a lot.

I am from Brazil and almost all the people have the shop till you drop mentality to the point of getting into debt. Minimalism comes as a solution because you can have abundance on a budget so one only buys after a lot of previous thought.
