To everyone saying launchpads are fake: It's not!!! Every key on the Launchpad plays a sound when pressed; some sounds play for a longer period and some play for a shorter one. In addition, you can hear that it does not sound the same as the original. In certain areas, the music speeds up and in others, there are breaks in the sound. You can also see that some keys light up even if they weren't pressed, but that's normal because it was set up to do that. Pressing a key can enable other keys to light up, even if any of the other keys weren't being pressed. Furthermore, Launchpad performances typically sound as if there is another audio source other than the Launchpad, but this is because the Launchpad is hooked up to a computer, thus enabling the computer to record whatever noises the Launchpad produces without recording any background noise.

you can get an app on your android device called unipad and it simulates a launchpad but it takes practice to get good like a real launchpad

+CantusTheos You have to change the preference of Chain selector in order to play with Mk2 or Pro. You can google it !

Lights arent working in the project im using the Launchpad MK2 Novation
Potatoo Mods please let me know if you find out how to for it having the same issue
The version he is using is not proper for the MK2 no fix known
go to the page where it says has the midi 1 and midi 2 channels. once your there put the midi 2 to channel 6.
