I enjoyed the whole process and love how hard the tilapia turned out and I am amazed that it can stay out of the fridge for a whole year. Pure science!
My Goodness, girl! Your cleverness never fails to amaze me. I'll no longer buy one koobi for £5.49 or fill my luggage with them when I come back from GH. As soon as my current stash is finished, I'm making my own. Yipppeeee!!! God bless you dear.
I always love watching your videos, one of the many reasons is because of how detailed you are when giving us a tutorial. Thank you so much. So glad to be part of the sweet team🥰🥰
I enjoyed eating koobi fish in Ghana, very flavourful and makes your soup very tasty, well detailed preparation, I will definitely try this out, thanks for sharing sissy
I’ve been contemplating on making mg own koobi for a while now. I love how you just used the regular salt here. I was stressing myself about getting that granulated/sea salt. It’s been quite hot here. I need to take advantage of the weather and make my own. I love all the tips you gave too. That fish is solid hard like cupboard. Perfect koobi. 🐟
My very own namesake, Madam do all! We appreciate you!! Excited to see your speaking engagements in Ghanaian media, the Sweet team is going places. Still in Ghana ooo, incase you decide to do a meet and greet, I will try to be there.✌🏾❤🥰😍
Hello, Hello pretty lady, I am from Jamaica and I have been following you for a little while and I decided I am gonna make your koobi, it came out real good, but I didn’t get to enjoy it, my mother ate all 6 of my fish, and she said it was oh so good, but I cheated and didn’t tell her this is a way of preserving fish from Ghana, keep up the good work Ms Adjeley
Sweet Adjeley you're super super super good wow,you know the airline are trying to stop us from bringing kobi with us from home, but now that l've seen this l don't have to be worried at all, thank you sweet Adjeley God bless you.

Ei Agyei Maxwell nice to see you here to. I have been seeing your comments on some of the Aka n Co series.(that’s how I remember you) . Good that you are versatile and don’t only enjoy looking at series but also cooking videos
@JOYCE STYLE OF COOKING It's not only more expensive in the shops, but also, there are rumours that, some people use chemicals in dehydrating the tilapia, chemicals that can cause cancer. Also, some shops keep food in rat infested shops or storage, and other unhygienic conditions. Eating food that it's likely rats have urinated or defecated on, can cause various health issues including liver disease.
I am learning so much from you ooo sis. Thanks a lot. Could you please video how to make salted pigfeet. Will really appreciate. This part of Europe I live, we only have the unsalted ones. Please 🙌
Wow, i have koobi at home, but next time i will know how to prepare it. Thank you. Do you also have or plan filming some recipes how to use koobi? It would help so much. I have no idea what to do with it😭🤣
I did the same at home during the winter season, it dried very well but it's still had the fresh tilapia scent. I want to know if it because there was not enough sun or what the problem was
This is an act of love. Compressing a week’s activities in less than ten minutes video deserves applause.
