- In this video, Rob Claus, CMI®, performs an inspection of a commercial kitchen in a bakery. He assesses the different components of two types of kitchen hoods and follows the exhaust to the roof while looking for related defects such as improper installation and grease build-up. He also discusses some commercial kitchen safety elements that should be present in case of an emergency.
