Unironically, one of the 2 scenes that are amazing at power scaling. Vegeta is absolutely toying with Cell in this scene, but when given the free punch, Cell is able to cause Vegeta to somewhat bleed. Later on, when Vegeta is given the free shot, nothing. Doesn't necessarily say that Perfect Cell is 100x 1000x or whatever people would love to use to describe the arbitrary powerscaling system, it just visually shows that Vegeta was much stronger than Imperfect Cell, but that Perfect Cell not only reverses that gap, he outscales it.
Tfs abridged is the funniest shit personally I've ever seen. I've been seeing shorts of the buu saga and I do hope they're coming out with and will continue content even going into dragon ball super
