Brother not only mistakes from dealer... main issue is dealers are not properly monitored by tata employees... I had a very bad experience on 2022.. where I quit my service from tata and currently doing it with local mechanics.... interesting factor is I was with TATA since 2011... after their management changes on 2021 . This service issue increased . Especially tamilnadu region tata customer service employees are not doing service... they are convincing customer for their/dealers mistakes and working to just close the complaints....... best product worst service........ I booked my Nexon on October 2017 without analyse the feedback of that car.. that much of trust I had with them. But now literally I hate tata. Even I am very impressed in current version of Nexon.. but if I think my experience with TATA . Am sure I will use public transport if situation happens when there are no other car brands in India..
Went to see Tata Harrier in a showroom, the person took us for test drive did not know anything and he dressed up like a delivery boy from local grocery shop.
100% true sir. Last one year ah pothi pothi vachirunthen car la. One service ku pona piragu en car lost original quality full contract out sourcing workers. Tata car vanginathuku remba feel pandran. 11 lacks rupees.
From my experience Ford Service was best in class when compared to others. Even the company was not there but still they are providing good service.

Very true, Tata internal product quality was not great like toyota and honda , car will create some or other noise continously. If other provider start focus on build then downfall will start on that date to TATA, Management should think and work accordingly. I owned two Tata product vista D90 and tigor ,both engine are different however my problem is same after 4 years or 50000 km of usage. This is my honest review , surely i will tell you, U people also facing such issue with this provider. I am happy to share my vehicle number if Tata team reach out to me , let them analysis how much spare been changed in my car apart from regular service. Morethan 4 years and regular car users ( >50k) Please share your honest feedback about your TATA product .

True. Rusting, poor quality of parts, athavida poor quality of service centers. Suzuki and Hyundai cars were much better than this

Did you get chance to see your car gets service in their service floor? i am The True Sai Hosur customer, i am not satisfied with Hosur service center so i took to Krishangiri service center and i got chance to see my car getting service in their service floor, i can tell with my experience the whole The True Sai works networks technician are unskilled, Leave about the skills, infront of me itself they where trying to install used air filter from other car to my car, i have pointed the issue to the service manager but he deviate and tell some useless reason and trying to cover up, still many things are there to write about The True Sai works, next time you get permission and check your car service directly from their service floor infront of you.
Yes...very true...we have a Nexon and zest.... pathetic service in Krishnagiri...most of the time complaints won't be rectified...change engine oil, wash car and return after service...wish tata improves service, reliability of their products...right now they r the best in design and safety though...
It's not only issue with the service whereas the product quality itself which Tata seems not being able to rectify and implement in in the factory line; Hence, enormous cases of dissatisfied customers with product and service. Most of my friends comment that they overtook Skoda attitude of pre Skoda 2.0 Era.. At the end of the day, it's hard earned money. They don't respect the customer time nor the money.
Tata service centers we’re worst but you can get better service in outside garages. For new vehicle till warranty we can get it serviced in Tata, after warranty it’s better to get it serviced in outside garage
I own tata tigor last 4 years. Yesterday i faced engine warning issue and went to the service centre. The way the tata service employee treat me is not acceptable as a customer. They are questioning me like a criminal. And for just 5 min work to reset the warning i nearly waited 4 hours without any update. My car was there infront of my eyes without any checking up. After 4 hours the service man reset the warning in just 5 min. I nearly asked them an update 10 times and no one is care that customer is waiting for simple work. Planning to go for next car in 6 months and never go for tata once again in my life. I think tata employee are thinking like they are govt officers and they don't need to work and show their power against customers.
I bought my car from kropex electronic city and its been 2 years with my tata altroz. The car is gem of its kind but service is pathetic all the service are done at kropex electronic city. But recently i had to give the car for service as well as repair damage due to rear end collision belive me or not they took 1 month to deliver my car but in job sheet they mentioned it would take 1 week and in between this they deliberately delivered my car at evening time when light was very minimal and i had no chance of checking the car. And to my disbelief the car was made to lie in open space wherein there were lot of cement patches in my car which they intelligently hide it with some polish only after washing i got to know about it. They runined my cars paint

Very worst service... My sister's Altroz car engine is completely gone now coz of their worst service. We complained about the coolant issue three times till March, they said its nothing and just refilled. We asked them to check properly but the response was as usual. Now coz of that each parts of the engine has been fried and the engine is completely gone.
Now, they ask me to pay for the repair cost eventhough they accepted the fault was theirs. I trusted Tata. But now everything is just an advertisement

Tata service was better when they have their own brand Concorde. But due to losses it was shut down.
Guys, I own Tiago 2020 model
From my experience,
Positives:
1. Build quality
2. High spreed stability ( even at 120 you can drive with 1 hand and be confident)
3. Audio system (Harman ) is the best in segment
4. Mileage ( continuously driving at 110kmph on highways gives me 19kmpl with 4 passengers with ac 1 speed )
5. Design, the car looks good !
Negatives:
1. Reliability
( 1. my gear knob fitting broke 2.suspension gone in 30000 kms 3.sometimes child lock doesn't work properly, won't be able to open the door from inside the cabin, it sucks, when you have guest inside the car and not able to open is pathetic, common TATA it's already outdated technology )
2. Cabin noise and NVH
cabin noise are extreme test drive it . 3 cylinder gives vibrations but not that harsh. The judders which you hear in the cabin in expansion joints and bad roads will make you feel that you are in a cheap car.
3. Engine performance
It's super sluggish engine, with no low end punch or torque. You won't be able to feel the petrol power in TATA cars. Even if you stand on the accelerator it will take it's sweet time to respond.
4. Service center :
To claim the insurance which I took form their showroom agent and rectify a dent they ask 10 days ( along with general service )

I went for 1st service of my Nexon XZA+ in FPL Madhavaram, Service center was good.. May be being the first service, only general checkup and water wash was there... Poga poga than theriyum pola... Nalla paniduvanga ne nambuvom🙂

They eventually kicked out from the common public base only northies buying this cheap cars south is more towards Japanese and Koreans like HONDA (City, Amaze, Elevate & Jazz), TOYOTA (Innova & Fortuner), Suzuki (Swift & Brezza) then comes the HYUNDAI (Entire lineup is a Successful Cars).
Due to immense respect towards Mr. Ratan TATA many mistook their Car network return the same but rather the Owners of TATA Cars face a tight slap.
