Congrats on completing this fitness challenge!! That level of consistency is extremely impressive! Because of all the fitness influencers out there hawking their programs and supplements, lots of people don't realize that for most you really don't need to kill yourself for hours and days a week to get very meaningful results. I hope you're able to keep doing what feels good for you long term as I love to see people experience how good they can feel and how healthy they can get doing a lot less than fitness influencers want you to believe you need to!
it's been a month when i started doing pilates i felt so weak not only physically but also mentally i wanted a lot of times to give up today and try again tomorrow and making excuses to avoid it seeing videos of biggenners and how it's common strugle to commit to something make me feel better about myself thank you for the video

I agree, sometimes going too hard can set you back
