Japanese.
It's a bit complicated but sonic actually is swearing in english even though the show is in japanese because the japanese actor for sonic can speak english and was hired for that specific reason and had been mixing in english words in sonic games for years. (gasps for air) the word 'shit' in japanese is kuso, but a lot of japanese swear words are not as offensive as their english equivalent, usually meaning damn, or crap. so when they translated the word kuso, they got the direct meaning, and resulted in sonic saying shit in the japanese version.

I don't know if someone wants to know this, but "Jake and the Neverland Pirates" is the show I would wake up early to. This show was the reason why I wanted to watch the Disney Channel. Good old times.
I LOVED Jake and the Nevermind Pirates when I was 4. It was my all-time favorite show.
