    Well wasn't Santa good to you, new screen, new hoist, new pipes and gone are the chimneys that Fred Dibna would have been proud to scale. I hope the double bubble screen works for you, it came as standard on mine but I was still getting a headrush and I'm too tall to tuck behind it. I opted for the Zero Gravity touring screen having seen Moto Explorer with one, it's a little taller without looking too out of place.
    I'll be interested to hear the new pipes in action, hope you get a dry day to test it through the years. I love my Akrapovic's, deep and throaty without being too overbearing but I appreciate that they command a small fortune. All the best for 2023 👍😀

      I have managed to accumulate a fair bit recently yes 😂
      I would have loved the Akra’s but people want around £750 used 😱 its being too overbearing that I wanted to avoid, so yes the akra’s would have been perfect for me, but the price is mad. All the best to you too 👍

    Excellent video. I am about to install some black widow slip ons on my zx14r.
    Though, I'll be removing the baffles for sure. How do you like yours so far?

      I ended up getting shorter ones, i wont be taking the baffles out of the ones ive got now as they’ll be too loud, they are loud enough with them in. I like them very much, a huge improvement over the original rocket launchers

    Hi there, so just out of interest, could you still have the slip ons only and still keep the centre stand?
    Nice job btw 👍👍👍

      @cjrides.1  Год назад

      No, the link pipes for these get in the way of where the centre stand would be. Technically i suppose you could keep the centre stand but it would be hitting the pipe, and you have to use the link pipes that come with the cans

      Thanks for posting this, I want to take my akrapoviks off as they are too quiet, so the longer widows were quiet but the 230mm were noisier but not over the top? Did your bike run ok with them on? Many thanks.

      I’d go for the 300mm. The 200mm and 230mm are very loud and they also make the bike run richer unless you remap it properly on a dyno. Or get a Brent tune and get them to sort it. The 300mm are louder than oem but not too loud and if you want them a bit louder remove the baffles.
      400mm are pretty much same volume as oem akra cans.
