Hi beautiful souls 😍 this is a video series I recorded a few months ago. I'm not back for good, but I thought I would post it now because the information is invaluable. I've posted the time stamps in the description above so you can skip through to parts that interest you the most. I hope you enjoy this video ❤️ and thanks to all of you who have expressed support and encouragement to me in regards to my health - I appreciate it more than you know. I'm alive and kicking 😄 and still 100% raw vegan. I am still on this roller coaster of a healing journey, but it's going well, and I look forward to being back on RUclips and sharing my experience and learnings with you all in the future. I love you x
YAY Mel!!! I love this video, thanks ladies! Such an important topic and a lot of wonderful information. I am so incredibly grateful to you, Olivia for recommending Mel to me back in March of this year when I messaged you looking for a colon hydrotherapist in Brisbane. Mel has given me so much more than I could have imagined, she is one of the best people I’ve ever met, a truly beautiful and genuine being. I can’t recommend her highly enough to anyone else who might live in the area 🙏🏼❤️
Thank you for one of the best informational videos on colonics/enemas I've seen! Very helpful tips. I hope you are slowly feeling better since it has been a year now since you signed off of RUclips!
@@incorectulpolitic I do home colonics once a week to once a month. I do my daily yoga enema prior to doing my yoga for detoxing, fitness, health and wellness since I was 13 years old in 1995.
@@ENEMA_AND_YOGA_CHANNEL what home colonic device do you use? Is a large 5 quart enema acceptable? What is the best liquid to use in an enema? Distilled water with or without lemon juice?
@@incorectulpolitic For my colonics I use (2) 4 quart enema bags hanging from my IV stand. When I take my colonic I am lying on my back with my knees bent. I use plain distilled warm water. Then I do a coffee enema implant and retain that until fully absorbed.

Hi Olivia...I am glad you are back. I am from the USA...Texas...I watch your videos on water enemas often. This video on colonics is very interesting because I am looking for information that will help me in my journey to colon health. I look forward to part 2. Thank you.
Awesome 3 part video, truly beautiful people -~ Mel and Olivia! Thanks so much for all you share! Had I stay near Mel, I would have loved to visit with her and get the treatment from her!
Yes! My fav subject. I do enemas regularly and they have been rediculously helpful! Definitely a weird subject to bring up with people but I don't care, its a message people need to hear!
Also how long are you meant to hold the water in the open system for? I couldn’t hold it in longer than 30 seconds at first then I managed 1 minute but that was right at the end of the treatment
I still don't understand the difference between an enema and a colonic. It would have been beneficial for her to say how far the colonic reaches, since she said the enema reaches up to 4 inches :(
@@OliviaBudgen thanks . I’ve been doing like 16 enema a day. I’ve become really itchy. I’m not sure if the over use of enemas has made my candida worse
This is so informative, thank you. I booked three colonics as my diet was horrendous during lockdown and I have not motivation. On my first colonic all that came out was bubbles like non stop and like only at the end I saw waste. Is it normal to have only bubbles come out and what does that mean? At my next appointment I am going to have the coffee enema. I immediately lost two inches off my waist already and my tastebuds and energy has changed
@@OliviaBudgen oh cool thank you for your reply - that’s good to know. I got into a bad habit of smoking 4 years ago only for under a year and I read that smoking affects your digestive system and can make it gassy, so it could be that which is insane to know! My therapist said I will see more changes in my next few treatments. I have continued to change my eating habits over the week and have even stopped eating meat which is a big thing for me, no reason behind it other than my tastebuds have changed and I prefer eating whole foods. 🙏🏾
@@OliviaBudgen I hope so too, I lost so much motivation during lockdown but the gyms opened back in the uk, today is my first day back to training after a year. I know in a few months my covid body will have toned up and I will be back to my usual active self! Thank you for your motivational content ! 🙏🏾💕☺️
It’s different for different people 🙂 and depends on what’s happening with your gut that particular day. With enemas, I generally take in anywhere between 2-3 cups of water in one session, because that works best for my body. I do this about once every 2 days as I struggle with gut issues, and it helps immensely 🙏🏻
@@alycia1236 I do one every two days. You cannot empty the bowels completely with enemas - only colonics. As long as you get one or two nice big releases then that’s fine 👍🏻
4-8 hour bowel transit time? No chance! Maybe after eating some grapes after a fast... Typically it takes me 16-20 hours, and I'm not sure how I would speed that up, or why it would be better. I consider my no-wipe, 1-per-meal poops to be A+ every time, so the 4-8 hour thing seems off to me.
Nancy Lynn It’s the other way around. Eat raw food more than cooked. Cook food rotten inside of you and caused more crowded junk in your intestine and colon. If your 💩💩💩 smells like a dead body, than mostly your inside is dead. Eat live, plant based food.

Colonics reach the ascending, transverse and descending part of the colon.
