I'm struck by how much God centered the whole song is. It's a song of gratitude and a song of praise to God for India. As a Christian I find nothing doctrinally repugnant.

MOULI SARKAR no it’s not. Some Bengalis feel to sing it jono gono mono just because they think the composer of song is Bangali. Kindly check Tagore’s recitation of the song available on youtube- you will find him saying jana Gana and not jono gono . And we must keep in mind that Tagore is reciting it in a time when the song wasn’t our national anthem - so he didn’t have any compulsion of making it sound national. So you may sing whatever you want, we wish to stay by Tagore. Hope we could justify ourself.

Beautifully, exceptionally done, but a few faultily scanned and delivered lines/words stick out like sore thumbs: 'Bangaaaa' - it's Vanga with a short a (Girija Devi); 'Aovn Prachareeeta' - its Aovaaana Prachaaarita the aaa's rolling in one after the other in a ringing call (Sunidhi Chauhan); 'Premhaar Hoi...' - completely botched by Sunali Rathod; 'Patana Abhudaya' wrong emphasis by K S Chitra; a hurried, hurried, hurried 'Ratri Prabhaatilo...' (Sadhna Sargam).
Original song is in bengali language and pronunciation is 100% correct according to bengali language. As most of non bengali people can't spell bengali words properly some words spells like hindi language which you have mentioned in your comment. But this is original version. That's why words are spelling as it is in bengali language.
This tortures and kills the beautiful original Bengali pronunciation. "Jagrata chhila" instead of "jagroto chhilo"? This is painful to the ears of a Bengali. NB: No disrespect to the national anthem itself, which is beautiful. But it's beautiful in Bangla.
Agnivo Niyogi it isn’t a Bengali song in the first place, kindly refer to Tagore’s version of the song available on youtube, hear him recite it in a highly sankskritized diction as it has been done in this song. 2ndly one must remember when he is singing the song, it wasn’t yet been our national anthem, so he had no reason to make the country happy by his so called Hindi diction. Why people pronounce it as jana gana mana it's jono gono mono
MOULI SARKAR no it’s not. Some Bengalis feel to sing it jono gono mono just because they think the composer of song is Bangali. Kindly check Tagore’s recitation of the song available on youtube- you will find him saying jana Gana and not jono gono . And we must keep in mind that Tagore is reciting it in a time when the song wasn’t our national anthem - so he didn’t have any compulsion of making it sound national. So you may sing whatever you want, we wish to stay by Tagore. Hope we could justify ourself.

Beautifully, exceptionally done, but a few faultily scanned and delivered lines/words stick out like sore thumbs: 'Bangaaaa' - it's Vanga with a short a (Girija Devi); 'Aovn Prachareeeta' - its Aovaaana Prachaaarita the aaa's rolling in one after the other in a ringing call (Sunidhi Chauhan); 'Premhaar Hoi...' - completely botched by Sunali Rathod; 'Patana Abhudaya' wrong emphasis by K S Chitra; a hurried, hurried, hurried 'Ratri Prabhaatilo...' (Sadhna Sargam).
Original song is in bengali language and pronunciation is 100% correct according to bengali language. As most of non bengali people can't spell bengali words properly some words spells like hindi language which you have mentioned in your comment. But this is original version. That's why words are spelling as it is in bengali language.

Agnivo Niyogi it isn’t a Bengali song in the first place, kindly refer to Tagore’s version of the song available on youtube, hear him recite it in a highly sankskritized diction as it has been done in this song. 2ndly one must remember when he is singing the song, it wasn’t yet been our national anthem, so he had no reason to make the country happy by his so called Hindi diction.
