    I’m doing everything right but there is one thing I can’t control and that’s sleep. How does Bryan Johnson get 8 hours every night? I’m 53 getting 5 hours 30 minutes. I can’t imagine 8 without use of drugs.

      Go to bed before/lastest at 22:00. Do not use screens 2 hours before and stop eating 3 hours before.

    I’m the same age as you Vince and do all 5, a realistic age for me would be 90s and still able to do most things and look after myself before I die.

    I am not a early person, more like a stay up late person. Others are just the opposite. How does that correlate to longevity? Example, I would love to get up early and go for a bike ride. NEVER happens, always diverted from that by whatever. Typically get out there near noon. UGH! I am 75 and retired. Of course, videos like yours is one great example of a diversion.

      I have reviewed a couple of studies (all epidemiological) than trend towards a longer life if you go to bed before 10pm, but not before 8pm. A lot happens to the brain (flushing etc.) between 10pm and midnight, you don't get this after midnight. Sleep between 7 and 8 hours a night, but no more than 9. An alarm should not wake you up.

      This you can change. Move bedtime back an hour. Most of staying up late is bedtime procrastinating. You dont really need another 2 hours of watching RUclips and Netflix.

    I read and listen to anything related to longevity, healthspan and age reversal. There's no way I can even summarize everything that is here and coming within the next decade.
    So in this limited space, let me just throw out something that can get you the 150+ moderate cardio minutes, the socializing, the sense of community and the mental stimulation that everyone needs for longevity. It's Pickleball. Looking at all sports, a study concluded that for these reasons, racket / paddle sports garner the biggest longevity payoff.

    I recently met a man who owned a pharmicutial company. I asked him what he knew about selgin. "A lot." I told him I had been taking 10 mg daily since I was 60. I'm now 83. He told me that it was either the wisest or best thing I had ever done. I began after reading a paper that recommended starting at 50 with 5 mg in morning and 5 more at noon. I just take all medicines in the morning. What say you?
