    At 70, I set my expected life span at 84. Now that I am 89. I have set it at 94. Soon it will be 100, I hope.

    I met Ronnie Fairbanks who claimed to be 107. He might have been. He was in excellent condition. I do have a video with him called Longevity. Your advice in this video and the study in general of aging factors is interesting and very important for each of us. Thanks.

    Interesting talks, as many are by passing doctors (they have no real training - just regurgitate other sciences) and trying to understand these topics. Doctors diagnose after we are sick, it is the patient who needs to be proactive. Therefore intervention in the aging process becomes the target ... Simple ... The AMA (the most powerful lobby in Washington) and NIH have failed the patient ... Physicians have abandoned the nutritional approach to patient diagnostics and medicine, simply because they are not trained in nutrition. A key part of the Hippocratic Oath ... “I will prevent disease whenever I can, for prevention is preferable to cure... “, has been forgotten …

    Dietary restriction will kill your metabolism if done wrong. You need to properly fast or intermittent fast with low carb and do High intensity resistance training to stop muscle loss.

    When uploading a video with slide presentations, it's good to upload with AT LEAST 720P. (Many watch these presentations on their phone, although that doesn't matter). Even blowing up slide photos that are done at 480, the fine print cannot be read. (No matter how good your vision is)

    Actually that is a statistical error. Because most people have faith on God(s), the comparison is between an extremely large group, and a very small group, which means that the average life span my be quite similar, but a larger group will have more likelihood of more people living longer. I remember reading this quite recently by a statistician, which I remembered where.

  • @MrDeshrine
    @MrDeshrine 5 лет назад

    I recently did a 23andMe DNA test and found out I have the FOXO3A gene SNP(single nucleotide polymorphism) rs 2802292 (G;G) which is the exceptional longevity gene. I can't help but think that's due to the previous three years I've been practicing cyclic fasting 23h fast and 1h feeding in combination with caloric restriction. I also have engaged in both aerobic and resistance training for the entire duration. I feel as though this gene has been expressed through epigentic change. I'm quite excited to say the very least. I follow the Age Inhibition Regimen by Dr. Nun Amen Ra.

    • @blakehernandez1304

      What?? Your diet doesn’t affect your genetic code. Not unless you’re eating Uranium

    • @MrDeshrine
      @MrDeshrine 4 года назад +1

      @@blakehernandez1304 Well, part of epigenetic genealogy is how we understand how nurture, or environment, can have an effect on nature, or genes for that matter. Particular genes can be expressed or turned on depending on chronic lifestyle choices and circumstances, like smoking and chronic stressors. Further, those newly expressed genes can be passed on to offspring, which is one of the best ways we can observe evolution of species. It's somewhere in that ballpark

    • @blakehernandez1304
      @blakehernandez1304 4 года назад +1

      Deshrine Ussin i think you misunderstand the term “gene expression”. If a gene is expressed, it simply means that the protein corresponding to the gene is being produced. This does not alter your genetic code.

    • @MrDeshrine
      @MrDeshrine 4 года назад

      @@blakehernandez1304 See, I never made the assertion that diet or lifestyle change genetic code, only expression. I understand epigenetics aren't relating to code sequence but gene activity. Most people possess the same genome, heredity, environment, and transgenerational epigenetic inheritance play a role in how they are expressed determining what alleles of specific genes one carries. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's how I understand it. For instance, chronic activation of AMPKinase, an enzyme that is active in caloric deficits and endurance training, can alter the expression of FOXO3A, in fact, those who do not inherit (G;G) alleles, can only alter FOXO3A through AMPKinase and inhibition of mTOR, and IGF-1.

    • @blakehernandez1304
      @blakehernandez1304 4 года назад

      Deshrine Ussin my main comment was that your lifestyle and diet have nothing to do with you having a particular SNP in the FOXO3A gene. That is already determined when you’re born

    Astroboomboy. You should check your statistics. In Germany the church --evangelists and christians-- have sold 400 temples already because people are stoping in droves going to churches and the business is no good anymore, 150.000 people a year are leaving religion because with more education, they are seeing the flimsy fairytale they had been told for centuries of ignorance.
    Try watching some very fascinating people on the Internet that will explain you some issues in very easy talks.

  • @Reynoldsrobert

    I wonder how much of the first doubling in life span which happened over many thousands of years was due to the ratio of mega fauna predators to humans changing over time. Traditional archaeology says it took us a million years to VERY SLIGHTLY improve sharpened stones, so they have little claim to lay that it had anything to do with technology. (Traditional archaeologists are, unbeknownst to them, the world's foremost experts in brain washing, if only by experience! Haha, after all, anyone presented those theories that hadn't had their common sense somehow dramatically weakened, would know better! But that is what our educational system is focused on, BRAIN WASHING!)

    There's a statistical correlation indicating people of faith live longer too. Trouble is belief is not qualified by need or virtue. You either believe in god or you don't. There is no rational proof. Those who believe do so irrationally.
