    5:30 wake up do some stretches
    Daily kriya
    Again lay in bed and take deep breaths
    Do yoga and aasan and meditation
    Wake up her mother by singing song
    Make up bed and take out clothes to wear
    Shower
    Take to granddaughter while sitting in nature watching birds
    Warm water with lemon amla haldi sonth and ashwagandha
    5 almonds chew properly
    Shower
    Moisturising oil on damp skin
    Lectures to students
    Breakfast:dryfruits (pista cashew 2 types of raisin )cranberries ,fig and apricot
    Milk with chia seeds haldi and honey
    Poha /upma/ragi oats
    Walk at 10 am
    Work till 1 pm

    Thanks for the post ma'am, that's how I live but I only eat twice a day morning ,afternoon and at night I just eat some fruits. I only sleep for 4 to 5 hrs a day and I don't study for exams everything in my head may be that's why my friends call me imperturbable multi talented genius. Medical student Malaysia God bless.🙏👍

    Very nice video Hansa maa and I follow your advice. I currently work long hours in a clothing store and on some days I feel very tired in the morning if the day has been very busy. I will make a habit of doing the daily exercises. Do you recommend any exercise bedtime to help me feel more energetic in the morning? Thanks 😊

    Hansa maa pls comment on doing yoga and pranayam before bowel movement. I wake up by 5 to do pranayam but am able to evacuate only by 6. Is it ok to do so?

    Namaste maam help me out for these survival pblm...such as muscles pain in my body every where..mujhe yeh pblm 7 yes se hai ma I bahut padeshan rehti hun hun...nind bhi meri bahut halkii hai bahut late se need bhi aati hai ...Mei apne pain ko Lekar bahut padeshan rehti hun mujhe elbow Mei v pain rehta ...plz maam give ur suggestion to helping me out to this pblm..I am facing since seven year and have take medicine 🙏 🙏

    Hi, mam. Namskaram
    My father age is 85.He is not getting proper sleep in the night, i think because of that he is behaving like no control is behaviour and his routine also. So really i don't know how to handle the situation.
    Can pls help me. Can give u me your valuable thoughts.
    Or can u suggest to get sleep in ayurveda.

    Mam is it required to eat dinner before 7pm or sunset if we eat rice veggies for dinner for reduce belly fat or we can keep 2 hours gap between dinner and sleep? 2 hours gap is enough to reduce belly fat?
