When I was in college I lived in an egg camper much like this one I was able to park in the back yard of a friend of my parent's home. This was in the early 70's. My rent & utilities were $20 a month. My dad set up a patio area, complete with awning in the front of my trailer which looked over their pool. They had a small pool house that had an indoor shower/bathroom I used. I loved living there and stayed the full 6 years I was at the uni & another 2 after. My life was compact & within a student's budget between my little trailer & VW bug. I remember being so sad the day I had to move. He had lost his health & went into a nursing home so she decided to go with him & sell their home. It was the best!
Great I did almost the same thing in Southern California in the 90’s after the Service. Loved it. Especially the people who come over to “study” too. Fun!

I have bad knees and lots of years. I do not want to crouch to access the fridge. Love the layout, the storage and the windows.
That's the second prototype they have built and it is way different than the first prototype. For one it is much smaller than the original. It resembles their T@B family of trailers more now. So, they are putting a lot of work into these things. I believe it will make it to market.
@@johndoe-so2ef Exactly, i don't get who can afford them, even if you figure how many times you go camping it's probably cheaper to rent an rv or like you say find a nice used one, there's lots of them here.

Love everything about this. Think the wet room should be about 4" wider though. Shouldn't impact too much on the kitchen area but would make a huge difference.
I think they could better use space by eliminating the washroom sink. There’s no need for separate washroom and kitchen sinks in such a compact space with only 4 feet between the washroom and kitchen sinks.
@@feyfantome Yes and no. It is nice to have a separate basin and l think removing it wouldn't solve much as, IMO, the width is the problem. Looked at it again and you're probably right.
