- For the first of April, Ordnance Lab shouts down the haters and conspiracy theorists and forever shows that we totally are not "glowing" federal agents and we never fake our explosives. That's right, we have totally real stuff here today on this video. Not one explosion was ever staged, faked, or derived from anywhere else.
We have real 40mm grenades, M67 frag grenades, German Stick Grenades, and even a mini nuke. Sean managed to convince the EPA, ATF, FBI, and DOE that it was for sporting purposes. Unlike other channels that so obviously fake their booms, this video will clearly demonstrate that we are not secret Feds disguised as yokels making fake booms.

But yes...... it's true. YT totally demonetized us. Right after our video talking about their ridiculous strikes. Totally not retaliation at all. In order to recover from our financial hit, we have set up an Utreon account where people can donate to keep the videos going. Sort of like Patreon minus their obvious political bias. We aren't asking for much. Even 1 buck a month helps. The idea is to make enough via donations that we can avoid the issue of YT playing music chairs with their guidelines.

I think you need to shift the focus. If you spend more time talking about the science using graphs and drawings while including actual quality slow mention you can rebrand yourself and be fine. But asking for people to support you because your videos are not doing well seems wrong. Beyond the press and other channels have managed to use explosives with ease.

@@boltvanderhuge4858 Anything that might offend RUclips today, or tomorrow (and possibly next year just to be safe) must be censored so it can't violate their current interpretation of their guidelines.
Wait, better make sure they are still called "guidelines", better make sure the wind is blowing toward the east coast as well, just to be extra safe.
Could mention a few specific things, but that was at least a month ago and only applied when they wanted to find something so, not really any pojnt in being more specific that this.

Its similar to the ATF in regards to "these are the rules and we'll inform you what we decide they mean today" except with the ATF at least when they decide to reinterpret the rules most of the department follows the current interpretation. With RUclips, its like each individual decides what the guidelines mean at any given time, in regards to any given case, and that is subject to change with the temperature of their starbucks.
Even when the wording of those guidelines are officially changed, despite generally being for the worst it is still a complete guess whats going to happen. In some cases there have been clear violations of one guideline, yet something seemingly completely unrelated or very vaguely related will be given as the reason to delete a video, strike a channel, or as have happened to some channels 3 seemingly random videos are flagged for strikes (regardless of age, views, or actual content) and the entire channel is deleted.
So yeah, even if you try to follow all the guidelines, or risk "bending" one or two rules for 1 video, a completely random video from 3 years ago could get a striked for something not even in that peticular video.

The demonetization is def going to make this channel hurt. We used the ad money to basically keep it going. I know this is annoying but........we really need your help as viewers. If a bunch of people simply gave 1 Dollar or more a month, we could keep things going. Even go crazier as we could raise more money than what YT paid us.

@@BenBartlow Beyond The Press Channel and Ordnance Lab all have genuine M67 grenades, unlike Edwin. Edwin use binary explosives (most likely tannerite) to fake all his explosives pretty much.

@Andrew Onymous That's literally still Federal, there is a delineation between Federal Military/ Defense and Federal Civilian positions and Agencies, but they're still under the Federal Government and are regulated and treated as such.
I do wish someone could make a platform similar to RUclips that all the "demonetized reject's" could go to and continue on with monetized support without the worry of being left high and dry thanks to an offended fragile minded bubble wrap person. Okay, this got me curious. Would a "nuclear tan" lead to an increased risk of melanoma? Sure in theory UV light should be released in that explosion, but I honestly don't remember ever reading that as fact anywhere, specifically. The quality and "safety" of tan obtained from a nuclear blast is probably pretty low on the list of things to research, but a very quick search does specify UV radiation is released.
That being said, if I remember correctly, the Japanesse guy that was confirmed to be present at landing of both WW2 bombs made it to his 90's and didn't get melanoma so.... Still have to wonder if the guys doing those initial test in the US brought sunscreen to the viewing party. I can't believe there wasn't at least one nerd, working on those test, that brought sunscreen.
