I’m actually kinda surprised to see replaceable ram modules and especially from Razer of all companies, I sure hope when it comes to 14inches and above laptops more and more companies do this Also depending on price and some other little things like audio quality and keyboard this might be a good option to consider
Hello what a good laptop that has upgradablity and wont die. Im looking for a 4080 super. Or dhould i just get a 4080ti? Or the 50's series is coming out, should i wait for one of those ?
Unless you're going 4080 laptop, even then, I would go for a 3080ti laptop, due to price, performance, and 16gb vram. Only exception is 4090, you need to bare in mind your screen resolution and GPU/Vram. That's why the 4080 laptop is a grey area due to performance and 12gb vram :) It's a decent laptop, but I'd bare this in mind for people buying a new laptop.
Not gonna lie, great laptop, would be perfect to have some skilling guides open on the side, while running Runescape 3 in 4k all ultra on the main PC machine. 👌
I know it’s unrelated but currently looking at a new monitor. There’s an ASU’s rog 1440p 180hz ips panel with 1ms response time for about £250 or is the oled 240hz worth paying £550 for if I think I’ll max out about 180hz anyway until I can afford more pc upgrades. Is it worth the £300 more for oled? Current monitor is getting green lines so not sure how long it’ll last so have to upgrade now really
Question: I'm only fairly new to PC gaming, and have never looked into a gaming laptop before. I'm relocating overseas so getting rid of things and instead of building a new huge PC after I make the move as space in the apartment is tight - I was looking at a gaming laptop. Are these laptops going to be able to play at max settings things like Frostpunk 2? City builder type games?
The "best" gaming laptop would be a combination of price, performance, weight, thermals etc. Considering Razers are stupidly expensive for what you get and they run ridiculously hot, Saying it's the best gaming laptop means you have used very few gaming laptops.
@@little_fluffy_cloudsI have the same laptop. It is silent in games like GTAV, but more intensive games like rust at max settings it will have a little fan noise. Even at full speed it is much more silent than my Alienware.
I don't know if those temps reflect real world use? A laptop running below 70 degrees and being whisper quiet just doesn't add up. New laptops (by design) run hot these days and even the quietest of laptops have fans that sound like a 787 Dreamliner taking off. 80+ degrees is the norm (thermal throttle usually being in the high 90 degree range). I have no doubt that running a game for a couple of hours and outside of an aircon room will show very different results i.e. real world use. I will admit, I haven't use Razer laptops before because I think they are massively overpriced, but I have used everything from Asus TUF, ASUS ROG Strix and Zephyrus, MSI Raider and Lenovo Legion 7i Pro and they all run well into the 80+ degrees and you can definitely hear the fans on all of them.
stop showing off with these expensive laptops and stuff and get real, most of your viewers cant afford the prices your showing, start showing more budget friendly stuff, just because you can afford doesnt mean we all can
Upgraded mine with 64GB of ram and 2TB of storage
When are we expecting these to actually be on the market. Haven't seen a single one in Aus yet :(
please add frametime graph
while benchmarking games
Ok!
Which is better for 4k ray tracing? The 4080 super, or the RX 7900XTX?
Ray tracing is usually always better on Nvidia cards I’ve heard.
@jamiew2574 thanks man! I was trying to Google it, but I kept reading mixed opinions. I appreciate the help!
Will you be reviewing the blade 16 oled?

What you mean bare? I am looking for a good 4080 laptop that won't overheat and last a long time that has upgradability
Can you do a “LOWEST LATENCY PC” Build 🤧
Does USB-C ports support charging in cases when you don't need gaming performance but still want to charge laptop?
Yes, it does. It maxes out at 100 Watts but should be fine when using it in non-gaming scenarios.
GOOD JOB SKELETON BOY!!!!!!!!!!
👍👍

lol?
Next version , much lighter and an oled screen as well as keeping the full power gpu .
4:25 wuurd!
Extremely minimalist build but that ripple(ish) effect rgb does not disappoint 10:47

I own a Razer blade 14 and I love it. Best gaming laptop on the go you can get tbh.

The blade 14 is built different bro you just dont get it
Also the only reason they’re expensive is because of what you get.
Why is there an AD for this laptop after like 11 months of release…It’s not even available for purchase anymore.
All this and not even Thunderbolt 4 lol. Had to get the 15 to get TB4
Hope you're doing well buddy. Always enjoy your videos. Found your channel a couple months ago and I've learned so much from you. Cheers.
MY new favourite gaming laptop, back off
That's so crazy because it's so thin & sleek!
Waiting for the time when you have to buy the charger
Maybe if razer wasn't so damn expensive it would be worth it
Thanks Marcus for not dropping this :)
Maybe it was edited out ;)
@@PcCentric haha 😆
1440p with measly 8gb of vram, sadly not gonna last long
My brother bought a 2050 laptop and it was kinda cheap but me I'm gonna buy a 4060 or 70 yeesh
looks like it needs a better cpu. gpu was always under 99% and cpu usage was very hihj.
I own the razerblade 14 2024 mercury edition with 64gb ram and 4070 gpu, it is insanely fast and for sale with 18 months warranty on it.
How is the fan noise when gaming in silent/quiet mode?
@@little_fluffy_cloudsI have the same laptop. It is silent in games like GTAV, but more intensive games like rust at max settings it will have a little fan noise. Even at full speed it is much more silent than my Alienware.
Indeed, a muted woosh of air is so much better than a sharp whine.
IPS?? No thanks OLED or no go lol 😂

expecting performance from Laptop for gaming is like eating burgers and expecting to lose weight!!! Its paid promotion!!!
You get performance, just not the same as a desktop with more cooling and more power budget. One must not only deal with extremes. 😅
They are meant to provide portability.
Razer has problem with motherboard dying so dont buy it
Marcus are we ever going to see your girl in one of your videos? No pressure. From Ethen. Great video buy the way.
