    Another good video. I agree, of the two I probably prefer chin ups. However, what I found out is that according to an old US Supreme Court decision in Columbu v Platz, you’re allowed to do both.

    My elbows lock after only a few reps of straight bar chin-ups, so I obviously prefer pull-ups. I always wonder if it's due to the carrying angle of my forearm, and if other women have the same issue. I can do neutral grip or angled grip with no problem, though.

      That's an interesting one. We recommend chin-ups, but you're taking the right approach - if you can't do chins, then pull-ups are still a great option.
