- We're feeling creative this week at Channel 4 HQ and thought we would look back at some tasks that required the contestants to squeeze out every last drop of their creative juices. Yes, comics can be funny, but can they invent a toy for a dog? Or write and perform an entertaining jingle for a product?? Well, we're not going to tell you, obviously. Watch and find out.
The comedy game show #Taskmaster, where contestants are challenged by Greg Davies to complete a series of weird and wonderful tasks! Be glad you're not a comedian (or little Alex Horne) facing his wrath.

I have never related to anyone as much as I did to Victoria, especially in this task but also in most tasks in general
I like Victoria, but for me that part is absolutely insufferable. Imo it's never cute or endearing, when adults act like 3 year olds.

Alan's laminator song probably my favorite song from Taskmaster after Romesh's tree wizard and Nish & Mark's "I see you do cool stuff"
This was hands down the best line up of contestants in the history of the show. Everyone was effortlessly funny without being obnoxious and overbearing, and actually approached the tasks with creativity and fun.
Guz is hilarious even when he's not trying to be :D

I love how there was a debate about whether Nell was Alex's daughter (she was not, he has three sons) but is Marco Alex's dog?
Actually both of those got answered on the podcast. Nell is the daughter of one of the Andys (producer and director both called Andy) and Marco iirc is a professional doggy.
If it’s not Alex’s dog, I HOPE the dog’s family is the same as Nell’s. That’d be so lovely to know Nell and Marco live in the same house and take care of each other
It’s definitely not Alex’s dog. His dog is called Loky and its bloody adorable

There's no way for this to be fair, cause the first couple times the dog was introduced to the room, it was far more interested in exploring the room than the toy.
We have no way to know what order they were filmed in or how much previous exposure the dog may have had to that room.

The instrument is really hard to pull off. That's why Victoria gave up and produced an advert instead of a jingle.
