- Terminator: Survivors is an open-world survival game set in the world of the famous sci-fi franchise Terminator, In this original story taking place after the first two films, you take control of a group of survivors of Judgment Day. The game has both solo or co-op mode. The player is faced with multitude of lethal hazards in the post-apocalyptic dystopian open world game, Where you fight against Skynet's machines who will hunt you down relentlessly and rival human faction survivors who will also fight you for scavenging loots and more for the desperate measure of survival. Get ready for this upcoming open world survival game in 2024. Terminator: Survivors will be released on early access for PC (Steam) on 24 October 2024 and coming to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S at a later date.

@@BBurL7846if you listen, there's only one hunting you specifically, but it's not the only machine. It might be the only T-800, but not the only machine. The T-800 hunting you is story specific. Part of the hype is that the world is filled with hostile machines, which is also stated in the video before the T-800 is even mentioned.
Maybe it’s Skynet robots with only one terminator? Terminators are like the navy seals? Not a lot of them but they fuck everything up.
@@BBurL7846yeah hunted but he said that you’ll still be fighting other robots. Like in the film: the T-800 was a special series but there were other minor models that you can fight against

Hopefully the map is big like Ghost Recon Wildlands. They need to show some gameplay. It’s coming on October and we barely have anything to be hype about it.

Their last Terminator was great, once you got weapons that could fight the Terminators. The beginning of the game kinda sucked, like the first hour or 2. Then it got REALLY good. My opinion will be reserved when i play it.

Weird that there’s a T 900 during that time. They were made I think 10 years later from when the game takes place
wait, why a T800? what about the T600? I thought that T800 was the result after the shortcomings of the T600 that Skynet learned. I like the idea of the terminator that pose so much treat, you need to run from it! That is what made the terminator amazing in the first movie. And I love the idea of playing the game in a time where people still trying to figure out what happend, and out of nowhere to learn about the existence of a T800 (can you imagine the horror LOL ). I guess I will wait for the game and find out.
Hell yea. Would be cool to first encounter a T600 with its loose, rubber skin and throughout the game watch as it falls apart more and more each time until just the skeleton is revealed

See what this turns out first but a great idea for a survival game I heard during a what if conversation was a planet of the apes survival game where you could play it from both sides in a war for control and the right to exist.... Lots of great settings for survival games and tbh not enough of them on console

IF there really is only going to be 1 Terminator that we cant destroy and we have to fight other humans for most of the game, this game will bomb before it ever gets started. NO ONE wants to spend the whole game running from 1 Terminator and fighting only human factions.

Now how is the T800 even in this game if it's set in 2009.. skynet hasn't manufactured that model until the 2020s when its trying to create the infiltrator unit. T600 wasnt until 2016... I would have expected a very early endo foot soldiers trying to mimic humans.
Feels like maybe the Terminator franchise should introduce time travel. That totally isn't already a thing and I think the storyline would really benefit from it.

I have to assume Teyon get so much love only because Terminator and Robocop are so well loved and it’s trendy to appreciate smaller devs.
But if you’ve been making video games for 18 years and you still can’t draw or animate then you’re making a bad game at any price and you should stop, just stop it. Get some help.
A game like this should have both third and first person. Its like... Oh look at your character he looks so dope so detailed but you can't at all see them just what they see -_-

My personal opinion first person sucks unless it is virtual reality. If you are going to have first person there should always be a third person option so all players can play the way they want to. To me first person has lack of character detail and creativity. To each their own but having only first person is only going to attract one type of player fan base. It had real good potential of being a good game if they thought about it a bit more.

@@Alien_isolationist resistance was junky, Robocop was very good but still has some junk and problems from their older game, what i mean is we should stay low, this is an open world which means a more ambitious game and complex to optimize and paste, i didn't really mean to sh** on this game that we didn't even see gameplay yet just keep in mind that they have a small studio so they won't make miracles when even blockbuster companies are struggling despite their big budgets

@@Illusive_man1990 OK so I have Terminator Resistance Enhanced PS5 remaster & the mechanics are great. The graphics are more like PS4.5 Pro status then PS5, somewhere in between PS4 Pro & PS5, like all remasters, but yea I liked the game, a LOT. Havnt played Robocop yet, but the great thing about waiting til games are on sale is they are patched. The beginning was kinda slow but once I got plasma weapons I had a blast, pun intended. I'm hearing good things about Robocop AA game so idk about all what you said

I just don't share the same level of pessimism as you sorry, my expectations aren't AAA status here, just a good AA experience which I'm happy to pay 30 bucks for 6-12 months after release. I'm SUPER hyped for Silent Hill as well, I love survival horror and they nailed the atmosphere of SH, regardless if it's not AAA or the expectations of others. Graphically it looks better then any other SH game to date
