  • We had a short window to musky fish prior to a storm rolling in. We targeted one of the deep clear lakes in the Hayward, Wisconsin area. When fishing this time of year big bucktails are always a player. When fishing the deeper clear lakes in our area often times our weed edge is in 20+ feet of water. In order to achieve depth on many of our baits we need to add weight. Thanks for watching and stay tuned for more!

Putting the weight on is a must for mayhem bucktails … a lot of people dislike fishing them because they’re so light and run so high
