Thank you very much it really helped me to solve my problem
I had changed the default settings of opening a exe file and even 'regedit' and 'Chrome' was not working .
I visit the link and download the file shown in the video in phone and put it in the computer and at last evening returned to its original settings.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This didn't work for me but my problem was different. My chrome/task manager and I-explorer could run. but other major 3rd party apps stopped running suddenly after a Windows update. To solve the problem I right clicked on the shorcut desktop icons, clicked on properties, clicked on the compatibility menu, then clicked "run in compatibility mode" then chose Windows 7, then apply, then hit OK...then clicked the desktop icon AND IT WORKED! Hope this helps someone! REally hard to find solutions for these things so I try to post comments on what worked for me as much as possible!!
