Yes, I absolutely agree with you! Based on the conversation, if a person cheats with one person only once that is different. But what if it was only once with twenty other people that isn't an affair? I don't think so, if I get cheated on then we are through, period. There are too many things to factor in when one cheats and when our health and safety are put into jeopardy, that's an absolute no for me. See, I saw this completely differently. To me, it just came across as her being able to relate to this topic on numerous levels, and so it’s something she passionate about. 1.) She’s been open about having been cheated on and about how painful that was to experience it from the victim’s point of view. 2.) She’s spoken multiple times about having cheated numerous times on her boyfriend when she was young, so she has some insight on why one might do it (and has admitted that it’s selfish either way). She also, knowing how much she has grown and changed from that young girl who would cheat, can attest to the fact that people can genuinely change and become better. Which affects number 3.) Israel has also spoken about how he was unfaithful to his ex-wife in his previous marriage and Adrienne probably witnesses first hand the extent to which so many people are set to define him by that mistake alone, despite who he is now as a husband and father. And because, like i said in #2, she’s been the cheater and knows first hand that she was able to change, she can reserve the right for him to become better than his past mistakes too. And 4.) Now she’s in a marriage that she values and has a standard for what that should look like. Two people came together having learned from their mistakes and are trying to do better because they love each other. And this is literally all just how the topic of cheating directly affects her life and her marriage not even getting into any other friends of family members who have gone through it. So yeah, she’s passionate about it bc she can relate. All of the hosts have their topics that they can relate to more than others just because of their personal experiences so it’s natural that they might be more passionate with some topics than others. 🤷🏼♀️

When men get women drunk and "sleep" with them we all agree it's rape. Why is this not the case the other way around? Problematic.
If a married man goes out, gets drunk and has sex with some random woman, then that's is totally on him and YES it is cheating and not sexual assault. It is not assault; it is lack of self control. AND you cannot compare a man getting a woman drunk (most time drinks are spiked) with intentions of exploiting her sexually and one who gets himself drunk and slips.

No, both is cheating. To me, on-going repetitive affair is little different from several one-night stands. Every instance of sex is explicitly cheating. Emotional wandering is a prelude to cheating & is very problematic too because it involves betrayal of trust.

I can agree that married people have affairs and single people cheat but I someone cheating 1 time, that is not the same as “having an affair”. That implies something that is on going/relationship/emotional. Bill had or is having an affair on me is not the same as Bill hooked up with some chick at the bar (and her never seen her again). it looks like she's been there and she does have a family of alot of women, I'm sure she has had alot of thoughts on it, she said she cheated on someone before and she was cheated on, her friends also seem to have lots of influence on her beliefs.

See, I saw this completely differently. To me, it just came across as her being able to relate to this topic on numerous levels, and so it’s something she passionate about. 1.) She’s been open about having been cheated on and about how painful that was to experience it from the victim’s point of view. 2.) She’s spoken multiple times about having cheated numerous times on her boyfriend when she was young, so she has some insight on why one might do it (and has admitted that it’s selfish either way). She also, knowing how much she has grown and changed from that young girl who would cheat, can attest to the fact that people can genuinely change and become better. Which affects number 3.) Israel has also spoken about how he was unfaithful to his ex-wife in his previous marriage and Adrienne probably witnesses first hand the extent to which so many people are set to define him by that mistake alone, despite who he is now as a husband and father. And because, like i said in #2, she’s been the cheater and knows first hand that she was able to change, she can reserve the right for him to become better than his past mistakes too. And 4.) Now she’s in a marriage that she values and has a standard for what that should look like. Two people came together having learned from their mistakes and are trying to do better because they love each other.
And this is literally all just how the topic of cheating directly affects her life and her marriage not even getting into any other friends of family members who have gone through it. So yeah, she’s passionate about it bc she can relate. All of the hosts have their topics that they can relate to more than others just because of their personal experiences so it’s natural that they might be more passionate with some topics than others. 🤷🏼♀️
