So excited for you both! I love my booth, I sometimes am able to sell things for more in my booth than I could get on ebay. Some months ive made more in my booth too! Weekly maintenance and rearranging often is key to a successful booth. People miss things and when you change up the look of the booth, people think there is new stuff. I always see a jump in sales the following few days! You guys will so well!

Congratulations on your booth, George, The Antique nomad said in one of his videos NOT to put heavy items on glass so be very careful. I have Doilies on my glass booth. It helps when people are handling your items and putting them back.

I have those 2 Quimper dinner plates in perfect condition along with 4 dessert plates, 1 cream of soup bowl with underplate, 1 tile and 1 spoon rest.... I really need to start reselling..way too much things!

The one antique store near me is owned by a younger couple that I have become friends with over the years and everytime I go in there they always tell me that I should rent a booth and I have thought about it but am nervous also. Hi there Michael and Jeremy hope y’all are having a great day , all the stuff y’all look at are really nice every once in a while here in San Antonio I go to different Goodwill’s I buy a lot of stuff I thought I would sell the stuff but they’re so pretty I can’t get myself to sell them It’s amazing how people donate expensive stuff I guess They don’t realize they could get money for them I don’t live in San Antonio I Live in the next town over the military is near the Goodwill I go to they have stuff from all over the world I guess people in the military donate stuff because they can’t take it with them every time they get transferred somewhere else. I love your channels and all your videos good luck with all your sales bye guys.

I wish you much success on your display case. Just one word: location location location. My friend and I have shared a display case since April. It will be closing on Feb. 28. Why?? Location. Our prices are reasonable. We have a wide variety of items. However, the location is in a small town, not close to the interstate, and takes a bit of time to get there. Result? Failure. The good news is we are both listing on ebay and mercari l. So, all is not lost

I dont like the prices in antique places and booths. But, once in a while I hit it big cause someone did not know what they have. Good Luck on your booth. Booth rentals here in St. Louis are upwards of 200.00 a month. I cant do that.

Which mall are you in there in KC? I lived in KC for nearly 15 years; moved to Florida in Nov 2020. I really miss KC! Amazing antique malls there.

Good luck if you decide to rent your booth Jeremy & Michael. I decided to rent a booth at a bad time the last month of last year and I still have it. So I had a career in Retail for over 30 years before retirement. so I knew January & February would be slow Months but I have been wanting to do this and I figured if I didn’t jump on it I would never do it.

I have that exact piece @ 7:30 . I did research it, but can’t remember off the top of my head. Maaaybe…Dugan Glass? I’ll have to go look. I wasn’t sure at the time if it was a shade or a squat vase.
I just love the glass swirl design & the metal ring around the base.

We believe it is MT Washington glass. Some people have it listed as Fenton. Definitely worth more than what we paid 😃

Hi guys! Is $120 a month the going rate in your area for a case? Do they also charge a percentage of your sales on top of the 120?
Ya that’s the going rate plus 12% of fees. Other malls were $30 for each shelf and 12%
